I never received the parcel
I never received the parcel. It went wrong at DPD, they registered it as 'delivered', but I never got it. I think that it went to a parcel point, but I did not get a message and it was not in Track&Trace. Campz asked DPD to investigate and promised to inform me. I did not hear anything untill I got an e-mail that my return parcel was recieved. I did not return anything, I don't know who did. I wrote Campz that I don't want my money back, I want them to send my things again to me, but did not have a reaction yet
Campz does not pay for the returned goods.
You can still order with Campz while Campz has financial problems. Campz does not pay when you send back something that does not fit.

I've ordered from campz several times and have always been very happy with the service and products. Especially during the sales, you can pick up some good deals. Never had to return an item so I can't comment on that aspect. I did notice their website recently said they are currently unable to process returns which is somewhat worrying. I only purchase items that I'm 95% confident I won't have to return.
Horrible delivery
Horrible delivery, it was delivery at my neighbours but no one told me. So it stayed at my neigbours for 2 weeks untill they brought it to me.

This website does not take privacy laws (GDPR) serious. When requesting to remove my information, including credit card details, they try to avoid the question, refer to different contact options, and simply do not comply with the regulation.
