Came in perfect condition, I love the laptop.
Only problem Is that it came after 3 days instead of the next day itself as promised because the shop itself was very busy so they didn't sent my order the day I bought it like they told me but instead it was kept in the shop till day 2 and then it was sent.

I have bought a laptop and it took them a week to ship it. However, they give just one working day as a delivery time.

Great online shop for students to buy laptop. I bought a laptop for my grad-studies from there. The laptop page clearly explains the pros, cons and specification for the product.

Cons:
I tried ordering using visa credit card which got reject every time so I had to order through debit card.

I received it so lately and whenever I called the service it costed a lot and I have lost 15 euros as credit of my phone. I want it to be paid back because the number must have been free but It was not. I received 1 week later than the people informed me About when I called the Service. So I suffered so much but the computer is fine and It was what was I lookıng for exactly.

I ordered a laptop, a computer mouse and a laptop case from Campusshop. All the devices are great so far, the case is of very good quality, the laptop works as expected. I can recommend Campusshop in terms of quality.

The thing I didn't like is the way it was delivered, but this might be not the fault of Campusshop. It was delivered with DHL. First of all, the packaging was damaged and open when I received it, but, luckily, the laptop was fine. Second of all, when ordering I indicated that I want to pick up my laptop and a certain pick up point on a certain day. It was not there that day. Then, 5 days after, the package was delivered to my house, which I never asked for! I happened to be home, but the delivery service never rang the doorbell. Instead they just left a note that I wasn't home and then sent my package to a yet another pick up point. It was not easy to get it after all.

Got a great laptop at a discount. Arrived on time with good packaging.

Delivered delay. But service hotline tries to help. But the promised delivery date is not very reliable. Laptop being packed nicely.

Prices are good, the authentication procedure is nice (via university credentials), but all data is only on dutch.

Recently purchased a laptop, backpack and mouse. I had a few issues with the backpack but that was attended to quickly and was resolved promptly through email by the campusshop team. The products received were great and up to standard and the whole process of ordering ran smoothly!

My delivery was super fast and prompt. I as a student got a very competitive deal for the laptop of my choice. I would like campushop to become a bit more easy to use for international students like myself. For eg- the language options must be provided. Also the payment mode does not accept mastercard debit which was a big hinderance for me. I being a new international student did not have a local bank account yet and thus it would have been better if I had that particular payment option.

Best discounts and offers for all sort of good quality laptops and available with an option of keyboard pattern. Would like to buy more specially during Christmas offers.

The item I ordered was delivered on time and as promised. I did not encounter any problem with them.
