My brother died & he still wouldn’t help us !!!!…

My brother had booked the campervan with campista for August. Sadly my brother died in hospital. The owner of the company refused to give us a refund or change the names of booking at the present due to no death certificate issued. We said we could provide proof from the hospital & the numbers of the coroners court until certificate had been issued he refused. We asked if we could change the dates so by the time of booking we would have the death certificate, he refused again? Very disgraceful & vile behaviour taking advantage of our grief and loss to profiteer from my brothers premature death. My brother paid around £680 & not a penny was returned & if he still rented out the camper van again that would be horrendous. I would avoid this company for your morale self & for the support of our family & guys cancer & the brain tumour trust. The owner of Campista ltd should refund my brother payment to his estate & make a large donation to both charities, if not all customers affected by cancer should avoid him and write a bad review in support of cancer charities.
