Warning to UK Customers!
Camperboards.de are a company in Germany who supply Chausson Motorhome accessories but don’t exactly highlight the fact when at checkout, that UK customers will be charged an extortionate amount of tax/duty charges by UPS. If you don’t pay the charges they state; “You are welcome to refuse acceptance and the board will then be returned to us. However, we will deduct any costs incurred, such as return transport or customs duties levied, from the purchase price to be refunded. The prerequisite is, of course, that the goods are returned to us in good condition.” Nothing like being held to ransom!!
