Absolutely fantastic experience purchasing the most gorgeous boots from Camilla Elphick.
I had been lusting after a pair of boots for a while and sent a message on Instagram asking where I could purchase from. In all honesty, I didn’t think anyone would get back to me but within 15 minutes I had a message from Camilla!
The boots were shipped out really quickly and Camilla sent me all the tracking details.
Thrilled with the boots, beautifully made - just need the cold weather to come so I can wear them now 😂

Gorgeous, unique shoes and friendly and welcoming shopping experience with Camilla. Hard to find such pretty and flattering shoes from other designers out there. Highly recommend! Easy direct payment and the British brand for elegant footwear with a touch of sparkle.

I first saw Catherine, Princess of Wales wearing Camilla Elphick shoes and knew I had to have some. I was so pleased with them and how beautifully presented they were on arrival. I have since ordered 3 more pairs of shoes. They are beautifully made and presented in gorgeous velvet pink dust bags. These will be the fifth pair of Camilla Elphick shoes I have. Really comfortable too. Highly recommend.

Beautiful shoes as always! I found ordering very straight forward with Incredibly quick replie from Camilla. Shoes were sent the next working day and delivered by Royal Mail.

I am now the proud owner of 4 pairs of Camilla Elphick shoes and I love every single pair. They really are exceptionally stylish, beautifully made shoes. I have also bought two belts and these are every bit as stunning as the shoes.

The company is small and this year they had some production challenges which resulted in delays outside of their control and eventually liquidation. How companies show up and deal with these situations speaks volumes and I have to say they dealt with the situation extremely professionally turning a potentially frustrating situation into a positive experience. For that reason and for the quality of the products, I have rated the company 5 stars. I look forward to adding to my Camilla Elphick collection in due course.

Do not order they’ve gone bust and are not issuing or accepting refunds! Worryingly it appears they may be looking to reopen again in 2026! I wish I’d read the reviews before ordering but you don’t expect this of a supposedly high profile business.

I have received an email from the administrators saying I will not get my refund so am now £160 out of pocket!

If I could have given nil I would have ordered paid for my shoes on the 3rd of April arrived in June they did not fit properly so I returned them. It’s now 11th of July I’ve left messages I’ve sent more than one email and no refund in sight. This is the worst customer service I’ve ever received. Maybe someone in there customer care or not care team might read this and send my refund😡😡😡😡 I’ve just been informed CE are now in liquidation so my shoes and money up the spout. They have the said they hope to open again next year Do not buy from this store now or in the future!!!!!!

Still waiting on refund for shoes I returned in May!! This company gives British brands a bad name. Have emailed countless times with no response. Then notified they had processed my refund through PayPal, only to be notified by PayPal that refund had failed. Then silence again! Do not use this company as you’ll only be disappointed and from the other reviews I now read, I see everyone is disappointed. ☹️

I order a pair of shoes on pre order in march for delivery in May .
I changed the size a week after ordering and recieved written and verbal confirmation of this.
Fast forward to June with one email saying sorry for delay as they had issue with their factory who manufacture the shoes and they would be with me soon then i noticed on their website at the end of June the shoes were in stock but my size was sold out.
I recieved an email from dhl saying they had my shoes but tracking kept saying delayed.
On contacting them i was told not sure what is happening but will get back to you then they said after looking into it further that my size was out of stock as my order had not been updated with the factory and i could always buy a smaller size.
How is that going to help?
I said i wanted a refund as they had already had my money for three months.
They initiated the refund through paypal that day , a week later still no funds in my account and paypal told me the refund had been cancelled !
I have escalated it to a dispute and the company are saying sorry but we have had problems with paypal payments this week and are looking into it.
Excuse me !
AVOID AT ALL COSTS
I got an email to say they have gone into administration.. contact your banks to get money back asap
