I ordered a freshwater pearls and metal bracelet. When I received it the gold part of the bracelet was a tarnished orange colour NOT like photos or description at all. Very poor quality. I sent two emails to Camille and Stone and did not receive a reply. Disappointing customer service and product.

I ordered a moissanite ring and had it delivered but it was too large, so I ordered another smaller size to click and collect the next day. I returned the larger ring to the same drop off point and she processed a refund very quickly. I'm so happy with the ring and their customer service is excellent! 😊

I needed to exchange 2 rings to different sizes, Camille & Stone made it so way to deal with the process was a breeze. Quick responses via email with simple clear instructions to follow. They mess up and do not fix it
They made a mistake and sent the first package to Australia and not the US.
They tried to reship and I told them before reshipping that I put the incorrect house number and told them the correct one. No response for a week. So I told them again. They said, “sorry, we already shipped it. You can fix it once it gets to the states”. My order never made it to the US
Now they won’t respond to my inquiries so I asked for a refund. That is going ignored too. Camille and Stone has the worst service of any online store I’ve purchased from. Beware before buying from them.

Staggering poor service, do not use this company
I ordered an initial necklace for my sister on 12th December as a Christmas present. It is the 7th of January and it still has not arrived. My tracking information has not been updated since 30th December and, despite multiple attempts to contact the company through multiple channels, they are not responding. Is anyone able to offer advice as to how I proceed?
