I lost the diamond in my ring that I have had for less than a month. I reached out to Camile & Stone and they were incredible. Gave me multiple options including sending a replacement free of charge. Oopsies happen, and for a brand to be so forgiving and genuinely kind is wonderful. I have made multiple purchases from them and look forward to shopping some more in the future !

Wrong item sent twice then out of stock
I ordered a necklace at the end of April. Initial shipping was quick. Sadly, I received the wrong item. I reached out to customer service and was promised the correct item would be on the way, and that i could keep the wrong item. Sadly, the item I was shipped broke after two wears. This time shipping took longer. I was excited to get my order. Yesterday it finally arrived, and instead of the correct item I receive ANOTHER exact same incorrect item. I again contacted cutomer service. It seems that the only way to get their attention is to post on their socials. Even then they said they had messaged me and left me on read. Eventually they promised to send the correct item. Third time is the charm, right? WRONG. I asked if omeone would be checking my rder before it was sent and then all of a sudden the item is out of stock. I will be refunded but what a run around. I also revceived a generic comment about unprecedented numbers of inquiries. One has to wonder about this. Either hre more staff or review your practices. Sloppy process and customer service. The fact that an item broke after two wears is also not a good sign.

I sent some images of one of the rings I purchased as it was not what I was expecting, and they happily provided a refund, of which I bought another couple of rings that I am very pleased with. I bought a total of 4 open adjustable rings and they are all gorgeous and sturdy. I am very happy with all of them! I love the range of their products, it is hard to find modern but unique jewellery designs these days. The rings I bought in particular, I can dress them up, down, wear multiple rings or just have the one. They are perfect for any occasion!
Beyond impressed!
I have been beyond impressed with the service I received. Unfortunately, my order was stolen, and when I contacted Camile & Stone, I was assisted by Jenny. Firstly, she was incredibly kind and empathetic, which meant so much as I was really upset about losing my jewellery. She then arranged for the earrings to be replaced at no extra charge.
I honestly could have cried as I wasn’t in a position to repurchase them. It’s rare these days to receive such genuine, thoughtful customer service from a real person who is both understanding and prompt. Jenny embodied all of this, and because of her support, I will absolutely shop with Camile & Stone again and happily recommend them to my friends.

Poor Customer Service and Misleading Delivery Claims
Absolutely disappointed with Camile and Stone. My partner ordered me the Mother’s Day locket in advance because your website clearly stated it would arrive before Mother’s Day, yet it never showed up in time. Because of this, my partner had to go out and purchase another gift last minute so my children actually had something to give me on Mother’s Day. Completely defeats the purpose of ordering a sentimental gift ahead of time.
What made the experience even worse was the customer service. They were absolutely rubbish — there was no real attempt to help or resolve the issue, just an expectation that customers should “be understanding” because it’s a busy period. If you know it’s a busy period, don’t make delivery guarantees you clearly can’t meet.
False advertising, poor communication, and terrible customer service. I definitely won’t be ordering from here again.

I exchanged my initial purchase for an item slightly less of value. During this process i asked Jovilyn who i was emailing about this matter if they would refund the remaining blance to me. I asked about this in 3 seperate emails and the question was ignored each time ! I even asked if they could upgrade the return item to express postage and use some of the money i was owed to do so. This did not happen either, once again my question was completely ignored and the item was sent back via standard post ! The amount of money in question is extremely minimal, this has become an issue of extremely poor customer service. I do not understand how Jovilyn has completely failed to address the issue with me in the emails when i have repeatedly asked her. There is even an email where she has written 'if you have any questions or need any further assistance please feel free to reach out' does this just mean feel free to reach put so i can just ignore you ... im extremely frustrated and annoyed with this situation ! I expect someone from the company to reach out to me with a resolution

Ordered two weeks ago choosing express 2-3 day delivery, which cost an additional $20. Was happy to pay this for quick arrival but the item still hasn't been dispatched, I've received no updates and the company are not replying to me.

I recently wrote a review 2/5 as my necklace didn’t live up to the photos. Mind you it was never BAD just not up to standard. I then had the beautiful Jovilyn reach out. Not good if you have allergy or sensitivity
The jewellery is sold as gold / rose gold vermeil: a thick 18k gold layer on sterling silver. I have allergies to jewellery and usually gold plated is ok. If you have any sensitivities I do not recommend buying the earrings.
I tried to ask customer support through their Instagram for more information on their vermeil and if it contains nickel and they wouldn’t answer the question / talked around the question.
In fact they wanted me to send a photo proving the allergy- because I hadnt taken one when I had the earrings in I asked them if they expected me to put the earrings back in to cause a reaction again.
Instead of answering the question they offered store credit.
I again asked about their vermille and if it contained nickel or copper with no response.
The jewellery looks nice but is NOT hypoallergenic. I’m tempted to buy a nickel alert test and check myself.

Disappointed
I ordered the silver Molton locket necklace a couple of months ago. The side that has been against my skin has turned a red colour. I have sent photos and 2 emails to Camille and Stone asking what can be done about this and have not received a response. I’m extremely disappointed as I love the necklace. Disappointed with the lack of customer service. I will not be purchasing from them again and will advise family and friends to steer clear also. Very disappointing.

Do not order from this website!!!!!! And DO NOT TEXT THEIR CONTACT NUMBER!!!! I messaged them after my bracelet I’ve had for only months has completely changed colour; it was meant to be gold, not silver! And the clasp had tarnished brown. Such bad quality and evidently not the material they said it was. I tried to contact them using their number in the website as there’s no email. Well that was very stupid of me, I’m UK and it was to Australian number. FOUR texts cost me £15.77, I can’t believe it. O2 said it was something to do with it being a premium number. I got a response “ SO sorry about the delayed response we have been flooded with messages!! What was your order number?” - yeah no wonder because the company is awful. And after I responded, I’ve never heard anything since a month ago. So so so terrible, don’t waste your money!
