Quite good

Not the cheapest but Flash sales is usually a good buy. Custom free delivery to the EU takes 2weeks or less. Once i had a complaint which was quite nicely settled. Overall and as a regular buyer, i like it. And, they did not collapsed during/after "the virus" like many other shops n the orders arrived with rather little delay.

This company Tomtop is horrible

This company Tomtop is horrible. It's hard to understand what they are saying to you I'm there emails. I ordered a V950 Helicopter made by wltoys and it took forever. Not only did it take forever but they gave me the wrong transmitter. When I contacted them to remedy the situation they told me to send them a YouTube video of the problem so that they knew what I was talking about. They are very horrible horrible company. so if I was you I would think twice before I ordered anything from this company.

Seller aked to delet my bad review for money

Seller sent me a defect printer. Told me he will refund me 12€, thats a joke for a 180€ printer. As i aked to send back the printer i was told that i will have to pay the shipping. Thats not true due to the law the seller has to pay the shipping for a defect produkt.
I dont recommend this seller very bad and unpolite customer support.

After my first review the support sent me an email and told me they would refund me 30€ nerver got the 30€ refund.
After i asked them when they will refund me the 30€ they told me that i will have to delet my first review that i will get the money back.

Thast not the right way to get better reviews.

SCAMMERS !!!

I ordered a 3D printer, at a cost of USD 225, to be shipped from a warehouse in Germany to Denmark.

Instead I received an industrial meat mincer!?

Of course the Chinese seller Tomtop showed absolutely no interest in resolving the issue and at first denied there being a problem at all and later started requesting pictures and videos again and again and again.

The sellers solution. Ship the meat mincer (18.3 kg) all the way from Denmark to China at an estimated cost of USD 243!

All at the buyers own expense!

Drone NON gestibile e pericoloso.NESSUNA ASSISTENZA

Salve, ho acquistato un drone VISUO XS809HV (Clone Mavic), ma è un drone molto più di un giocattolo. Un giocattolo pericoloso e mal funzionante.
Il suo volo non è stabilizzato e appena alzato, va dove vuole ed è assolutamente ingovernabile, dato che risponde MOLTO MALE ai comandi. Capisco che costa 50 euro, ma sono assolutamente buttati, dato che dopo il decollo, scappa via e non funzionando il RITORNO A CASA, l'ho perso più volte e una volta per fermarlo, mi ha tagliato un'unghia a sangue. Pessimo e pericoloso.
Ho chiesto di mandare indietro il drone al costruttore e mi ha risposto che mi dà i soldi indietro se glielo spedisco in Cina. Costo della spedizione 55 Euro !!!!!! Più del costo dell'acquisto.
Potevano intervenire, spiegando bene se sbagliavo e come lo devo usare, ma siamo sul USA E BUTTA VIA. Nessuna assistenza.
Ora lo dovrò buttare via, dato che molto pericoloso per bambini ed adulti che si trovano anche se non nelle vicinanze, dato che non è controllabile.
Spero che con questo articolo, qualcuno non ci caschi come me.

Hi, I bought a VISUO XS809HV (Clone Mavic) drone, but it's a drone far more than a toy. A dangerous and malfunctioning toy.
His flight is not stabilized and just turned up, he goes where he wants and is absolutely ungovernable, given that he responds VERY BAD to the controls. I understand that it costs 50 euros, but they are absolutely thrown away, since after take-off, run away and not working the RETURN HOME, I lost it several times and once to stop it, I cut a nail to blood. Bad and dangerous.
I asked to send the drone back to the manufacturer and he replied that he gave me the money back if I sent it to China. Shipping cost 55 Euros !!!!!! More than the cost of the purchase.
They could intervene, explaining well if I was wrong and how I should use it, but we are on the "Use it and throw it away". No assistance.
Now I will have to throw it away, since it is very dangerous for children and adults who find themselves even if not nearby, since it is not controllable.
I hope that with this article, someone will not fall for me like me.

I wanted to share my experience to save you from this very dishonest people so you can save your money and time. Believe me you don’t want to involve with this seller.

I bought an underwater case for my iPhone on Jan 8, $36.01 on eBay their account name is monboly on eBay at the moment. He send me a bad quality faulty case then I send him pictures of the item that doesn’t close all the way so water will leak in it. He promised to send me a good replacement case on feb 2 then he send me a tracking number on Feb28 ( after 4 weeks) which is fake that was belong to someone else and delivered some other city on Mar 7. When I asked him about the issue he said that he will check with post office he kept me wait till March 24 then send me an other tracking number. I asked him for copy of the shipping receipt as a prove to be sure if he ship the item to me but of course he didn’t provide it to me this time too just because that was an other fake tracking number that also delivered some other city.
I called post office they said those pakages didn’t ship to me. They just played the game with me till the time is over to give them bad review on eBay also just because he kept me busy two months with his little games eBay money back warranty is over also But I will make sure everyone learns about what kind of business they are doing.

Do not waste your time and your money with this people!!! It was ridiculous

Purchased a dash cam (Yi) and delivered product was in Chinese. Tried to return but Tomtop required me to pay shipping (40% of purchase price). Also tried to get manufacturer to replace but it would not because Tomtop is not an authorized vendor.

The worst on-line seler there is

I got damaged item (drone) for 50 eur and they do not want to refund me. The Drone was flying without control, the remote did not work properly. They want the item to be send to them on my costs of 70 eur. I wrote them like 20 emails, send photos, videos, everything they asked, but still no good business from them. The worst on-line seler I ever bought from.
NEVER AGAN will I be their Costomer.

I bought a smartphone in December 2016 …

IMPORTANT: this notice is posted on all the entities of TOMTOP because they have 6 entities on Trustpilot which can mislead the net surfers because in the end it is the same site !!

I bought a smartphone in December 2016 and it began to bug around May 2017, by default on the screen, after more exchange emails I get an agreement for the returned (at my expense 27 €! !) for repairs, which I have been doing since the beginning of September. At the end of a month not seeing the device come back, I ask or that is, an answer tells me that he found nothing and since nothing, no answer to my emails!
So, unless you are not looking for problems, flee this site, he does not know what to sell, for the rest (customer service, customer relations ...) they are nonexistent!
Think carefully for the case where your purchase would fail ... this is where the trouble starts !!! At the word.

Even their answer is automated, only the name of the posterter changes. Not even the right to a personalized response, bad until the end, and very often no response to the message sent or unnecessary answer ..

18/02/2018: No more answers from them, even to the recommended mail and still no referral from my smartphone ...
THESE ARE THIEVES !!!!!

Like many others I made a mistake and …

Like many others I made a mistake and placed an order with this company.
I ordered a car dash camera, waited too long for it to delivered. when it arrived it would not charge, I tried several ways but the internal battery would not take a charge.
Contacted Tomtop by email, they said I probably had not operated the camera correctly. I informed them I could not operate it at all. After more silly emails they asked me to make a video of the fault. How do you make a video of a flat battery?. Eventually they stopped responding.
DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY you will regret it.
STAY AWAY YOU WILL LOOSE YOUR MONEY.
PAYPAL and others should stop dealing with this company. It only tarnishes there image.

I warn you, DO NOT buy from Camfere!

I want to give them zero stars out of five, but it doesn't appear as though you can do that here.

I warn you, DO NOT deal with this company at all.

Back at the end of September/start of October 2017, I purchased a condenser microphone from Camfere. I had struggled to find one that was compatible with my phone, but they clearly displayed on the product page that it was fully compatible with my device. Glad that I had found one, I bought it, paying them £25.94GBP. Before purchasing, I checked their refund & return policy, just in case, and was satisfied to see that there was a 30 day window to receive a refund if needed.
The product took so long to be delivered that the 30 day window had almost closed by the time I received the package in the last week of October. I tried the product out with my device, and what do you know, it didn't work. Instructions were contained with the product which I followed to the letter to ensure that I did not make any mistakes in setup etc. that would result in non-functionality. Still, I could not get it working.
I emailed Camfere straight away asking for assistance, and explained the problem fully to them. I also made sure to mention that I was within the 30 day window and was expressing the potential need for a return & refund due to a faulty product. I send the email.
Close to a week passes, and I receive no reply. I decide to contact them via facebook instead, and the person running their facebook account for their company, who responded to the message I sent to them said, and I quote: "Hello, sorry for the inconvenience. I do not belong to the customer service department, so I can not see your mail, so please provide your email address, I can contact customer service to reply you."
I thought this was ridiculous that the person who's job it supposedly was to answer online inquiries did not work for customer service, but all the same, sent them my email.
Eventually, the following day, I did receive an email back from Camfere:

"Dear customer
Thank you for your help.
We have delivered the problem to our technician and we will make up a reasonable solution for you asap. Please contact me within 24 hours .
Thank you for your willingness to cooperate with us.
Best regards,
Carol"

Now, I was rather confused by 'Carol' requesting that I contact them within 24 hours, but I did so anyway, asking if they could also clarify why they required my contact.

There was no reply from Camfere at all.

I attempted to resend the email, and received a notification from their email provider (in Mandarin which thanks to an online translator) informed me that their inbox was full. I contacted them on Facebook to inform them, and they sent me the exact same email again. I attempted to respond again and ran into the same full inbox issue.

Time passes, and we're now into November 2017, and having heard absolutely nothing via either email or Facebook, I sent their Facebook page another message:
"I am still yet to hear anything from anybody at Camfere regarding my order. Respectfully, I am starting to become rather annoyed. Please get back to me as soon as possible."

I received no reply, and it became apparent that they were simply attempting to ignore me in the hope that I would 'go away'. Another 5 days passes and we're well into November by now. Lacking options, I sent them another email, which this time went through to their inbox successfully, detailing how disappointed with their service I was, that the product they had sold me had proven to be faulty (I had checked with my phone's manufacturer and they had confirmed this appeared to be the case), and that I would like something done about it. Finally I received a reply from Carol, who asked me to record a video and send it to them. Upon my inquiry as to why, they informed me that only after they have checked the product on a video can they identify the problem and progress with the return. Now, I can understand this to an extent, but only to a small extent. This was not detailed in their returns policy, and I shouldn't have to go to these measures, I should just be able to return the product and get my money back. I had by this point asked for clarification of what they wanted a video of, as since it was a phone microphone, this was not clear.

At this point Camfere returned to ignoring me once again for weeks following, until I contacted them again in the first week of December asking for a reply.

Finally I got one. Keep in mind before you read this, the product I ordered was a microphone designed to be used with smartphones. It is only a microphone. They said, and I quote:
" Deeply sorry for delay. Our technical staff replied that if it was used with the cell phone ,it is just a headpset. If it was used with the computer , according to deal with it, it can be both a headset and microphone. So sorry for your inconvenience and so long time so solve it.
What about keeping the item and then we will give you 10USD partical refund to make up your loss?
Any question,pls contact us.

If anybody has read this far down, I congratulate you on reaching this point, and I hope you're currently as dumbfounded as I was when I read their reply. 7th of December, I reply, telling them that it is a microphone not a headset, and so on. There is nothing remotely headset-y about it.

No reply from Camfere.

19th of December, again, I email.

No reply from Camfere.

And now here we are, the present day. I still don't have my money back yet. It's been almost 3 months. I think it would be fair to say that I am regretting my purchase.

To that end, to reward the lovely folks at Camfere for their incompetence, terrible attitude towards customer service, lack of concern regarding both ignoring customers and plain and simply lying to them, and apparent willingness to sell non-functioning products to unassuming consumers and not complying when they ask for a refund, I have decided to give them an abysmal but dreadfully honest review for Christmas this year. I hope somebody else's gift to them is a conscience or a sense of morals.

Whatever you do, do not buy anything from this website, because I'd put money on you regretting it. Or, alternatively, do buy from them, but tell me first so that I CAN put money on it, because at least I know then I will make back in winnings the £25 they took from me.

Don't order there!
They sent me a leaking underwater housing for my camera. There is no support and they won't take the housing back. Now I have a leaking underwater housing.
Also I payed $30 for express delivery and it still took more than three weeks.

DO NOT BUY FROM CAMFERE OR TOMTOP

Absolutely horrible. Ordered a camera flash from camfere 2 weeks ago from their "germany warehouse" and paid 10$ extra for expedited shipping 1-4 business Days. The only problem is I realised they don't even seem to have a Germany warehouse or any other for that matter. It's been over two weeks and it's still saying "processing" on my account on their website. I've emailed them 3 times with no response. I've written on Facebook to their page and they've seen my message but no response.

DO NOT BUY from this site. If its too good to be true it usually is!

Avoid TomTop they will steal your money

Avoid TomTop, they will steal your money if the product you bought is under legal warrenty, you are basically screwed. They do not respond to any of the support emails I have sent and they censor all product reviews not full 5 stars away from their webpage. TomTop stole my money and after all this time with no working unit, I am pretty p*ssed!

The worse customer service ever!!!!!! (run away as you can)

On March I bought an SJ5000 action camera that cost me R$ 380,80 (Braziliam currency Order Number: AAN17C17N4646-3FXX78). It was sent to Brazil on March 21, but after a loooooong wait I received a notification that the item was lost by post service.

According to international postal regulations, the sender, as the contractor of the distribution service abroad and legally responsible for the object, is the only beneficiary of possible compensation. But Camfere still didnt refund my purchase. They take forever to answer any emails with a very poor english translations.

If I knew how bad it was, I would never bought it in their website.
I'm still waiting for their refund, or I will need to talk to a lawyer to sue them.
