Absolutely amazing experience and service, everyone was so clear with explaining and helping in general, would absolutely recommend!

Great service from Laura in Cheltenham sourcing a replacement set of frames and had me back up and running <24 hrs

The room was modern, clean, ladies where delightful , very professional.
Nothing was to much trouble, answered all my questions, put me at ease, even coffee was offered which I thought was a lovely touch.

I had a walk-in, free eye test with no wait. Ahmed the optometrist was friendly, professional, and carried out a thorough yet efficient exam. The dispensing optician was also fantastic, very welcoming, helped me choose the right frames, and sorted out the lenses based on my prescription. A smooth and pleasant experience from start to finish. Highly recommend!

I have visited the Cambridge Spectacle Co. shop in Cheltenham.

The staff working that store are very kind and extremely helpful.

I have decided to order two pairs of glasses, both with the anti blue-light coating. The order was ready for me to pick up within couple of days. Unfortunately, the coating applied was just too distracting to me (mainly due to geometry of the lens & how strong my glasses are). The shop has decided to replace my lenses with one that had no anti-blue coating, free of charge, when approached. I think that with other shops, you would have to pay extra to order new set of lenses, with I have found astonishing!

Overall: 100% recommend!

I visited this store for the first time recently for a new pair of glasses and I had an excellent experience! Laura was really friendly and helpful in guiding me through the different options until I found the perfect fit for me! I will definitely come back and would certainly recommend Laura to anyone who is looking for professional advice.

The sight test was thorough, with each step explained. I was given information I’d never been given before and found the experience to be very useful. The test was also entirely free and I didn’t feel ‘sold to’ afterwards. There is a great selection of modern, fashionable frames to choose from - but not so many that you get choice paralysis! My glasses were reasonably priced, ready in 6 days and I was offered several payment options including the ability to pay in two instalments that worked for me. I couldn’t be happier and have recommended them to several friends already.
