I certainly agree that the cost of a cambly subscription is more than one would expect. Regardless, I would like to share my thoughtful experience.

I purchased a six-month, five classes per week subscription. Being an epitome of an introvert, it was demanding to get used to talking to strangers. However, as time passed-by, so did my introvertness. It took me a few days to find a teacher to practice with regularly. The amount of contentedness I got noticing my English improve week by week was unfathomable.

I was getting used to not being afraid of making mistakes, and not always being a perfectionist.

It is highly recommended.

Cambly has a huge number of tutors to choose from. I love it.

As a person who tried to benefit from several online language learning solutions, thankfully I landed on Cambly and I would say it is the best among others so far. I have seen real improvement in terms of fluency for my spoken English level and I feel like I would enjoy using it for a long time.

It is a great platform to practice English. While you are improving your accent and vocabulary, you have a fun time since you are able to speak about anything you want. You can have lessons such as business english, academic english or you can just chit chat about your daily life.

I have tried Cambly expecting it to be a boring educational app or something like other apps where you are restricted to specific learning paths, however, with Cambly, I've noticed that it's actually fun, while also giving me the flexibility to learn whatever I want to in the pace that I prefer.

Cambly has tutors from many different backgrounds so you are able to speak about anything and everything. Customer support responds to all requests in 24 hours. You can practice whenever you want so it's a really flexible way to learn English. I really enjoyed it.

Bad customer service, they claim of refund when canceling, but when i cancel they refused to give me back my money , there is a clear option on the app “ CANCEL SUBSCRIPTION “ they say it means cancel the renewal subscription?!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Fraudulent payment. disrespectful and incompetent customer service

I enjoy teaching the English Language to my students and getting paid. I use to work for Cambly and this company deleted my account after working for them for 2 weeks for no reason even though I did my job right. The people who are in charge of this company are bullies and only care about themselves and money. So, I would advise everyone not to work for this company or do business with this company. I also have no plans for working for this company in the future. At least I will do my tutoring career at a better company and my dance studio than Cambly.

Cambly customer service is just about the worst customer service I have ever experienced. Somehow, my tutor account was totally deleted. I'm not even sure if I was fired or what, if anything, I did wrong. This month was my 3-year anniversary on Cambly. I had logged over 18,000 chats earning more than $47,000. As far as I knew everything was fine. I had about 3 weeks of Priority Hours booked and many reservations scheduled. I had a small and loyal following of regular students, many of whom I had known for years. It would have been nice to at least say goodbye. I guess I'll never get that chance.
