Calvin the Bear 

I have ordered 10 HOODIES !!! none of them came and its been more than 2 weeks. Every time they come up with an excuse and i am sick of this. A professional company does not do this to their customers.

Horrendous, ordered 3 weeks ago for 1-2 days delivery, product over £80, still waiting for delivery...

Emailed them direct to be ignored.

Will be returning the product once finally delivered.

Very BAD after sales-service. We wanted to exchange the gear. We did send several emails and tried to contact them through facebook and instagram. NO RESPONSE at all. Don't buy there.

The pullover is really cool but 80 eu is too much for the quality.

I have been trying for a week to get instructions for sending back a product. I want to replace it for another size. There's a 2 weeks return policy, why aren't you answering my emails?

I need to return a jumper for another size but the only way to contact them if via an email address. I have sent 9 emails and received nothing. Now I have gone over my returns policy an stuck with a item I can't wear.

Okay let me start off with saying I kinda got scammed but yet I didn’t. The delivery took 3 weeks and that’s a lot more than the 3 day Delivery they promise//not to note that it came with taxes which meant about 20 dollars extra in cost. It’s just a basic hoodie that they bought for about 20 dollars each, printed it and then sells it for redicoules amounts. Even the tags in the hoodie linked me to a cheap hoodie store. Don’t buy this product please.

My shipment got held up at customs and despite two Emails and a Facebook message to the Calvin team, I did not receive any help from them. So I had to contact the authorities myself and provide all the required documents.
When in the end the shipment was delivered, I had to pay 27€ in extra taxes because Calvin apparently did not fill in the appropriate declaration forms.
I sent Calvin another Email, asking for a refund but have still not heard back from them.
So three Emails and a Facebook message left unanswered...

The hoodie is okay I guess. Except the cream hoodie has a different colour to the one in the picture.

Colour was NEON orange in stead of warm dark orange as on website .
Have tried to get return label. No reply at 3 emails or chat. Have returned sweater by registered post (€21,_!!) Hoping to get reply and total refund. very bad service

Bad communication with customer service, no reply on returns! I wrote 3 times and only what I got was a standard mail to write an review! If they will not reply to my mail I never order anything and I will come with my LAWYER!

All is fine, my son is very happy with his Calvin sweater and the size was right :) thank you, guys, and greetings from Belgium :)

Doesn’t answer Mail. No money back and I received also 132 Skr to pay for taxes...

not answering any mails, i want to return my order but they are not answering at all. already waiting for two weeks now.

I ordered a jumper which was unfortunately too small, so I asked for a returns note as per the procedure via email. I have then ordered another jumper, received an email saying my order has been processed. Payment taken from my account, but still no product. Despite 3 emails, I’ve heard nothing back.
