Bad customer service, returned my purchase within the policy and they haven’t refunded me. Had to get it through my credit card. Never again

Bad customer support from this designer brand: you don't get what you pay for
Ordered 9 pairs of CK underwear in July 2021 online. One discounted item was accidentally left out from the order. No worries, mistakes happen.
I asked them to send it, but they told me to order from the site. I would have to pay for shipping again and wouldn't have the discount that I had before.
They were unable to offer me the same price for this item that I had already paid: I would have to pay more.
Worst of all:
Have had to email the customer service team since July 2021 about it. Every time it's a different person who says a different thing and doesn't have continuity or read previous emails. Have to explain yourself over and over.
Unfortunately, the manager was still not able to offer a better deal or any goodwill to make things right.
Been a CK customer for a decade, especially for underwear: 90% of my underwear is from CK. Now I'm going to be buying other brands.
