Very good service offered by knowledgable sales lady. was offered, and accepted, a coffee while talking about options, colours, fillings, matress type (sofabed), and various other add-ons. I had done my research before going into shop but had a few questions to clarify a few things and sales lady was helpful and professional throughout. I ordered the sofabed and it should be delivered in nine weeks which is not quick in my opinion but not within the control of the sales team. I also feel the non-negiotable €99 charge for home delivery is a bit overly steep. obviously if i collected it myself there is no charge. But for a 30 minute journey time its a lot. not sure why it cant be delivered directly to my home instead of some 'holding' storage area. but in-store service and experience was good.

Don't take Calor gas connection in your life.
They make everyone fools. And taking lots of money from their customer.

I experienced very very bad feedback from them.

I am on auto fill for my LPG but I discovered that tank was nearly empty. I have emailed and have had 4 phone calls and still no gas. Got a phone call yesterday to say I would have a delivery today but no delivery and am down to 2% according to mycalorgas website.
Ridiculously bad service.

We have been waiting for 16 days now with no gas and still being told every day the gas is coming. Do not trust this company

I've been trying to place an order online but they refused my credit card two times. They blame their payment processor and GDPR for not providing rejection reason. I use my credit card on daily basis and I'm 100% sure the issue is not with my bank. I think they are using this as excuse to refuse my order

Opening an account online doesn’t seem to allow a different delivery address other than the billing address. Updating one changes the other.
Nowadays a simple eircode input should be sufficient.

I had three engineers re routing my calor gas pipe line today, their names are Ash, Charlie & Paul, excellent young men and explained everything they were going to do, accomplished marvellously and when they left made sure everything was working and that I was happy. Garden put back as was as well, so except for the new parts you wouldn’t have known they were here.

When ordering on line there was (and still is) an offer they you receive a €10/£10 Calor Gas Voucher for every portable gas heater purchased.
I have not received my voucher.

This is a beautiful product, it's expensive for a gas heater but it's efficient and attractive. It can be rolled easily from place to place.

Item arrived extremely quickly and exactly as shown in the pictures, will definitely be back to shop again!

The regulator supplied was not the correct type for the Calor gas cylinders available locally. Unable to use as intended.

The order and delivery was fine. The operation of the heater is fine.

The issue I have is that the back two castors are fixed making it difficult to manoeuvre the heater around. We are hoping to replace them with new castors.

Excellent. Arrived very promptly. Easy to unpackage and set up. Working well and seems to pump out a fair amount of heat (only used on setting 2 so far). Looks great Very pleased.
