I ordered a heater, they threw it over a gate
I ordered a heater online, it didn't arrive on the expected date and I only got it a week late when a person who lived miles away said the box was thrown over her five foot gate and she googled my eircode which was on the address label. I tried to complain to the calor website but that was impossible. The fire is great the delivery was a joke.

The tracking information states that it was delivered on 30th October. We are sorry to hear that it was delivered to the incorrect address and that this resulted in a delay in your parcel being received.
