Tempo di consegna lunghissimo. Dispositivo arrivato con un problema di contatto delle cuffie, il jack non fa contatto, per cui inutilizzabile. Ho cercato di contattare l'azienda più volte chiedendo di poterlo mandare in assistenza e non mi è stato mai risposto. Anche le cuffie sono difettose.
Very long delivery time. Device arrived with a headphone contact problem, the jack does not make contact, so unusable. I tried to contact the company several times asking to be able to send it for assistance and I was never answered. The headphones are also defective.

I ordered the frequency machine by mistake from calmnity. I asked to return the device and get a refund. I dont know about anyone else, but calmnity, or James from customer support, was very very nice, friendly, and professional. They handled the whole returns procedure really well. I was very happy with the care and support i recieved. Thank you Calmnity. And thank you James ay customer support.

Long time to arrive, when I wanted to return it same day as arriving, I was told to send photos. I did so and then the company didn't reply to any further requests to return item. Basically 60 day guarantee given but if the company ignore you it's worthless. Really poor service!!!!

All responses are from an automated service. I ordered my products 1 month ago and they still havent left China. Nothing on my tracking number shows any movement until I send another email, then, miraculously it moves from one china location to another location. This was an expensive mistake. Please dont make it as well. #edit# I recieved my device today. It took over a month but it did come. I also had ordered heir eternal speaker with stand it cameas well. Its plugged in and all the cords etc. Seem to work. As for its benefits I guess time will tell. Giving it 4 stars because it seems to be exactly what they showed. The 5th star remains empty because of the the insane shipping time.

Wow, talk about customer service! I had some questions about operating the EMF device they were answered promptly. Not only my questions were answered,James also let me know that there were lots of digital down loads. I found them and they are spectacular.I recommend this company 100%. I am really happy with my purchase,shipping and customer support.

The business is extremely unprofessional the devise was faulty didn’t work hardly at all. They approved return and gave me an address to return the product to some home and not even a normal business. I got confirmation it was delivered, then they have now refused my refund because I won’t share the tracking number. They have the item and will not acknowledge this. Please do not support a con style business with deceptive sales and poor customer service. Next option is a Consumer Product report of junk.

It wasn’t fast but it arrived intact and in good condition. You do have to fiddle with the plug for a speaker a bit sometimes to get a clear sound (haven’t tried headphones but assume it is the same). The thing is, you don’t need those things. It sends out the frequency regardless if you hear it or not. Maybe it’s more reassuring to hear it then you know something’s happening, but after a few times I haven’t bothered. Had ringing in my ears which I just got rid of using this machine so it does work!

Has anyone actually tried to return one of these.
Mine smells so bad that I have kept it outside. Also, there is no sound at any frequency. If I had hope of getting some money back it would be worth it to ship it somewhere . If no one has every received any refund then I will try and go through my credit card company.

I work with frequency healing and understand it well so was happy to find a frequency generator. Ordering was painless; delivery was within a week; I set mine to 528 and leave it on 24/7 moving it to wherever I am working/sleeping. Definitely sleeping and feeling better. Learning and focusing on breathwork whilst using it is a definite positive. Control life; control breath. Breath brings us naturally into healthy frequencies.

I was very skeptical but as a chronic pain sufferer for 5+ years figured I'd give this a try on a "nothing to lose" basis. Delivery took approx 10 days, and I received updated /tracking along the way.
The unit itself is well made and feels robust, my only little issue was that its very difficult to see the markings on the tiny buttons, but you get used to this intuitively after a couple of uses. I don't go much on the headphones as it was the vibrations, not the sound I was after, and I also use a CPAP machine which headphones would be in the way of.
Decided to try the pineal /sleep frequencies the first night, again not expecting much....slept like a baby! 8+ hours and woke up feeling better rested than I have done in years.....same again the second and third nights whereas recently I was lucky to manage 3 hours mostly interrupted sleep....i'm not sure if this could be a coincidence (unlikely) but if this is the shape of things to come, I am indeed lucky to have found this little machine, thank you! I am going to spend the next couple of months trying out the different frequencies, but for sure this is going to be my regular companion on a nightly basis from now on!

Maybe my machine is not working. Maybe the speaker that I also purchased is not working correctly. I do not know, but each of my emails sent to both info at calminity.com and calminityshop at gmail.com are ignored and unresponded. SUGGEST TO NOT BUY.

While I would like a refund

I have reached out several times as my frequencies all sound the same. They are trying to tell me that’s how this works. I have asked for a replacement or a refund and they are not responding.

Buyer beware - does not generate the frequencies it promises.
Unit changes the frequency you input and does not work correctly.
Currently approaching for a refund.

I am familiar with frequencies and I like the idea of this unit. However, the earphones are not consistent and go “in and out”, which is very distracting…or they don’t work at all. I know they say the jack has to be pushed in until it clicks (and I do this) but the earbuds are still very inconsistent. They suggest not using the earbuds and simply turning on the unit and letting it “silently” transmit the sound waves…uh, I’d rather hear them than assume they are being silently transmitted. When the earbuds do work on the rare occasion that they work at all, adjusting the sound is virtually impossible. It’s either no sound or blaringly loud due to the inept flimsy switch on the earbuds cord. I asked for a refund and they just told me (via email) to buy the speaker they sell or use the unit “silently” without the earbuds or hearing any sound. In spite of their refund guarantee, they just asked me to buy their speaker. I asked for another (hopefully working) set of earbuds, when the purchase of the speaker was mentioned again by them. I’d like this unit to work but it just doesn’t seem to. I even plugged it into a Doss speaker I already had…still no sound. I don’t like the idea of just assuming the waves are “silent but still having an effect”…not sure that’s what is happening.

I ordered this product and changed my mind sent a cancellation notice via the customer support email. Sarah claimed they didn’t receive the request and it was sent immediately. I alerted the credit card company to not pay the invoice. Sarah told me that if I lifted the dispute they would take care of it. I lifted it and asked that they pay for the return shipping since it was the company’s mistake. I never heard from Sarah again. I’m stuck with a product that I suspect is crap because I trusted they would done the right thing. They didn’t. I truly wish them the worst.

order process not trusty at all. It's interrupted allo of a sudden after i type my personal data. at the end of process, no confirm of transaction has been received.

I am a believer in frequency healing and I wanted to trust this item sold by Calminity but I do not. Every frequency I add to the unit is changed by the unit, sometimes more and sometimes less but NEVER the actual number I put in. I contacted them and their response was "Yes, this is completely normal! The device has a precision calibration system that automatically fine-tunes frequencies based on the electromagnetic environment around you. The small adjustment (like 317.83 to 318.06) doesn't affect the effectiveness of the frequency at all - it's actually ensuring you get the most accurate output possible for your specific environment." Would like to add that I took the unit outdoors and the same adjustments to the frequency I input was exactly the same. Bought another exact unit on Amazon and it works as expected. (Different brand at half the price). Bought another one from Amazon for my daughter. I was able to finally return the device and Calminity processed a refund for the unit only (shipping insurance I purchased was not refundable.) Since I paid with PayPal Credit for this unit, they had to mail me a refund check, still waiting for it to arrive. Let me add that Calminity customer service replied to all of my emails, and were pleasant. The address they provided for me to return my order was a stateside address.

Do not buy from Calminity. They show one thing in the video and ship a similar but different unit. Customer service is fakey nice but just one excuse after the next.

I was very skeptical but ordered it to try it out on a long standing complaint with the "well if it works great, if it does not east I tried" principle. Over the 10 days or so to deliver I have emails giving it's journey. I downloaded the instructions etc and was amazed it worked. I am a convert and have recommended to to others
