Beneficial

I was prescribed this device for generalized anxiety with panic attacks and it has been extremely beneficial! It has helped me immensely with calming down during stressful times.

False Advertising and Subpar Customer Service

I was initially excited to try the Calmigo device, especially because it advertised a companion app, which seemed like a great addition. However, when I attempted to set up the app, it required a code that I didn’t receive. The app then prompted me to contact customer service, which I did.

To my surprise, the representative told me I could use the device without the app. I clarified that while I understood that, I specifically wanted to use the app features, which is why I purchased it in the first place. At that point, I was informed that app access wasn’t included with the standalone basic device, even though the pricing and product description on their website clearly indicated otherwise.

When I pointed this out, I was told the website was showing “new plans,” essentially invalidating what I had just bought. The whole interaction made the product and the company feel like a bait-and-switch scam. I returned the item and had to cover the return shipping out of pocket.

Bottom line: I won’t be doing business with this company again.

Saw zero results..device was so expensive..would NOT recommend

I suffer from severe anxiety and panic attacks and wanted a natural way to help alleviate my symptoms but the device did nothing for me. I had to start taking meds and thankfully Ive been doing so much better.

I've gone through a challenging period…

I've gone through a challenging period in my life resulting in repeated bouts of depression and anxiety over the past seven months...
Different products promising mental health relief did little to nothing in lowering "the temperature."
After reading the FB info on CalmiGo, I thought, why not give it a shot? I received everything very quickly. I followed the directions, added their app to my phone, and in just three 3 minute sessions a day I am feeling great. No panic or anxiety issues and my depression is under control. Life feels good again! Thanks CalmiGo!!

I have had anxiety issues when I leave…

I have had anxiety issues when I leave my home & I’ve been using CalmiGo for a short period of time & already notice a difference in my anxiety level lessening. I use it before I’m in a situation that gives me anxiety.

Bad service, bad product, terrible company

This company does not answer customer service emails. They simply respond with generic nonsense that doesn’t even answer your concerns. The product they sell is useless unless you constantly connect it to the app WITH an active paid subscription. I was told there is a non subscription version (via their social media team) and when I inquired about this product, they ignore my emails and refuse to acknowledge that I even asked the question. This company is just here for a money grab and their product is not worth it. This gave me more stress than anything. Their subscription service does not let you cancel via website either, you have to send them an email and they don’t really give you assurance that it is canceled.
