Purchased a coat and received verification of order via email. Two weeks later still hadn't received the coat. I attempted to contact their service department (phone number suspiciously doesn't work). I sent an email - no response. The tracking program/app featured on their website shows no history of my order number.

Ordered a “Tiffany style stained glass” lamp from this company and they sent me a horrible, low quality plastic version nothing like the photo. When I asked for a refund they had me send pics of what I received and then told me they’d refund me in full if I pay for the shipping back China or they’ll give me 75% of what I spent in store credit. They are straight up dishonest.
I would like to provide pictures but there does not appear to be a way to upload them.
I have responded to the retailer with my full name and order number.
Update: I ordered with my 75% store credit a pair of Men’s Size Medium shorts. I had to add more money to the transaction to do this. I just got the shorts today and they are tiny as in they couldn’t even be a women’s medium let alone a Men’s. Completely disreputable company, STAY AWAY FROM THEM.
