The worst customer service I've ever experienced. I've not used them for years thankfully, but today they've decided to invoice me for “calls” over the past 3 months for a number I don't have. I've emailed them and I get an automated response to email a different address, I do that and get another automated reply to login to my account! I don't have an account! There telephone number is well hidden but once you find it, there's no one in the business - it's a ghost company! No one answers the phone, everything is awfully bad AI
