I have been using CallingPost for the Knights of Columbus in both Salem, OR and Sublimity, OR for the past 12 years or more and this is an invaluable tool to keep my Brother Knights informed. I used to record the messages using my own voice by several years ago this became a challenge due to surgery. I now use the keyboard entry method and this has worked well, with a few minor glitches using the automated voice's interpretation of what I have typed but I have adjusted to most of these glitches.

I'm able to send, and schedule my messages with no problems. When I set up the message, you make sure it gets sent as soon as possible. Over all, this is a good system for sending out phone, text, and emails to an entire group of people as quickly as possible.
