I am using this service for 3 years…
I am using this service for 3 years now. Before opening the app I am praying to god every time that it should work today.Highly inconsistent for a payed service.
I am using latest app and high speed internet. My caller id settings are good.
1.Why am I signed out of the app frequently and then need to sign in back again.
2.Frequently getting could not connect to server. If this happens - whether you kill the app,re-login nothing works.Just pray to god and wait for few days. And this can happen multiple times a month.
Overall - I don’t recommend this service.I am planning to switch to a different provider.

Hello,
Thank you for your feedback! In order to ensure the highest app call quality, please go through these checks:
-Make sure you benefit from a strong Internet connection.
-Make sure you have the latest app version installed on your device.
-Make sure you do not have any VoIP restrictions from your Internet provider.
-Set your Caller ID - this will ensure high quality. Go to your app menu and look for Caller ID, then follow the instructions. The Caller ID is the number showing up on the screen of the person you call.
As an alternative, you can try offline calling with the app. You can activate it in the Settings section of your app.
You can also try an access number in your area if you want to call without using the Internet. Please look for the city closest to you on this page: https://callindia.com/access_numbers.
