JAMES THE COMPANY OWNER.came to my home in June 2024. Very smart and professional. I then thought on his advice plus relocating the boiler to the airing cupboard was a brilliant idea. Price i accept but i needed to save the money to pay for the installation.
This was started on 27th Janiary 2025. Via James accepting the price as given to me last June.
Two Gas Fitters arrived 8.30am on the above date.Keith looks at the plans that James had made Lewis his apprentice lays down dustsheets, they turn off the gas electric supply drain down all water from ""rads and tank in loft"" dismantle the old system boiler pipes and water tank place in boxes and Lewis puts all in their van.
New condensing boiler and all very neat pipe work installed by Keith to say the least is brilliant engineering work.Lewis placed an outlet chimney of the roof on a very cold afternoon, all work completed in 2 days.
All working controls explainned Keith and Lewis throughly cleaned all area's they worked in and left at 6.30pm on the 2nd day "" top marks to both of them"""from Kelvin Curtis Istead Rise Kent

After having researched several other boiler companies I chose Callidus Heating Solutions. I was impressed by James's professional presentation of the services he provided and reassurance of the skills and experience his team provided. I felt confident to put my trust in them. I was not disappointed Keith a Lewis were exceptional hard working skilled professionals. I found them a pleasure to have in my home. Keith explained every step of the procedure to me, going above and beyond to ensure I was happy with the result. The old boiler and water cylinder was removed from the cellar along with the water tanks from the loft. A new boiler was re located to the ground floor hall cupboard. A tremendous amount of work they did with a professional confidence which left me feeling totally reassured that I had made the right decision to go with Callidus Heating Solutions who exceeded my expectations. I would not hesitate to recommend them.

I am extremely pleased with the quality of work carried out by this company. Everything was clearly explained to me about how the job was going to be carried out. Highly professional, clean and respected the home privacy.

We have just had a new boiler fitted by Callidus Heating .James quickly provided us with a very competitive quote and the work was carried out quickly and efficiently by Keith and Louis. We were most impressed by the standard of workmanship , the engineers were also friendly and polite and left the house clean and tidy . We look forward to using them again when we have a new shower room built and would definitely recommend.

James was recommended to me to assess our plumbing issue. He quickly visited and clearly explained the issue. A quote was rapidly sent after the visit and the work completed shortly after that by his team. The work was exactly as described with Keith and Scott doing an excellent job as well as being tidy and pleasant in the house whilst doing the work. Will definitely go back to James in the future.

The quote was supplied very quickly. James explained clearly what would be done and when, and a week later our system had been cleaned out, and the new boiler fitted. Very neat, clean and tidy - and no more daily pressure loss! Good job and very easy to deal with!

Jim and Scott have completely redone the plumbing and heating system at our house. New pipes everywhere, retrofitting underfloor heating, installing a new heat pump and new bathrooms and toilets. They are very thorough, reliable, and don’t cut corners. Overall, we’ve had an excellent experience. They are also super nice and polite, and we’re very pleased with the quality of the work.

James is amazing! My boiler broke and he assessed the issue and installed a new boiler for me. I am clueless when it comes to boilers and heating systems - James talked me through all of my options and guided with expert advice.
10/10 service.

Fantastic service. I contacted James at short notice as heating stopped working, he managed to fit me in the next day after completing all his scheduled jobs. Very professional, I totally recommend his services, great job thanks.

My boiler broke down,James was fantastic! Excellent communication, reasonable, reliable and worked around me so I didn't have any issues getting to work. It's been running like a dream since installed. he was clean and tidy carrying out the work he went above and beyond. 10/10 service!

After speaking to about 7 other companies, I trusted my hunch and went with this company, it was an enlightening experience, I got explanations for any questions I had, James was honest and understood exactly what I needed, I was at home all through the work and really appreciated their attitude to work.
Concerning the actual work done, my house had a very old air vent that got ripped out, James and Scot were thorough, highly skilled and paid great attention to every single detail.
My house got rewired with underground pipes for a brand new combi boiler system, with a thermostat app on my phone which means I can now heat up my house on the way home from work. I am indeed very pleased with the results and will highly recommend this company.
