it is not enough. You also need to visit the reviews periodically and flag the fake 5-star reviews.

These stores write multiple fake reviews, especially when they know they have received bad ones. Take that extra step to stop them.

If I could rate 0 stars, I would do so. Their products are nothing close to what it show on their website. The fabric of their clothes are cheap, hard, and not something that you will want to wear. They are junk! Sizing are way off. Better spend your money elsewhere. Trying to get a refund from them is horrible. Their responses are slow and English is poor. All the bad reviews of this website is true.

I bought several items in June 2019. I only received one of them about a month later. I contacted the company about the status of the rest of my items and I only received back responses saying that items had been delivered. I also wanted to return the one item I received and did so, but never received a refund. I made the mistake of trying to give them a chance to correct the issue and not filing a complaint with my credit card company. Do not purchase from this company, and if you do, file a complaint with your credit card right away if you do not receive your items. They are a fraud.

This company is a fraud! I bought two dresses from them. They were miss sized, poorly made and the fabric was cheap. They were not just mid-sized. They were mixed sized, within one garment. I tried to return them and ran into all kinds of demands for pictures and emails. I am disabled and unable to meet their demands so had to eat the loss. I used to,be a professional seamstress so I know what I'm talking about. I would have given them minus stars if it was possible.

Absolutely rubbish merchandise that looks NOTHING LIKE THE PHOTOS. Rubbish fabric that is artificial and not meant for clothing, at best should only be used for cheap toys and props. Wrong sizing, awful after sales service. Impossible to get anywhere with a refund. You get what you pay for which is rubbish. Don’t be fooled by the low prices. You actually pay A LOT for the rubbish you receive (that you will have to throw in the trash)

These are scammers! Do not order ever on this site! After the order, the money is immediately removed, after that-no action, do not respond to letters, the goods are not sent.

If I can place a negative star, I would. First of all, on Paypal, the name of this company is ORDERPLUS INTERNATIONAL LIMITED. Second, I did not receive an acknowledgment of my order from them. I have tried to contact the customer support several times but no answer. Since I paid my order through Paypal, I filed a complaint that I did not receive a receipt of my order. They sent a receipt to PayPal resolution center but one of the items I ordered was missing from that receipt. I received a package but there was only one right item of the 6 items I ordered and one of the items I ordered is not there the rest looked used and don't look like what I ordered. I contacted the seller again but no response and Paypal closed my complaint since supposedly, I received the items. I am so depressed with this order that I am beginning to doubt Paypal. This person or company is playing Paypal and I have tried to reopen the Paypal case but since it is already closed, I can't do anything. I'm not done yet though, I intend to call Paypal and speak to someone who will listen to my complaint. Beware of this company, beware, beware, beware.

This product is so different from the image and the actual material. So I don't recommend it. Waste time and money. Decision carefully

Yep! Just a con! I haven’t even heard from them since they took my money over a month ago! Don’t go near them! I will never buy online again !! Very bad for the industry08/12/2019 up date!
Finally received the goods! Very poor quality and about 4 sizes too small! Only fit to use as a duster cloth! Very expensive duster!!!

This company is a fraud. Never buy from callabuy. I recently got a few dresses from this website and they look nothing like the pictures I saw. I have been trying to get a refund but won’t me my money back. I recommend to never buy from this company.

I I wouldn't even give these crooks a star. I've been waiting on my refund for almost a year. I sent back 3 pair of shoes that were poor quality and way too small. They got the shoes, but refuse to refund my money. DON'T BUY ANYTHING FROM THESE CROOKS!!! IF IT DOESN'T FIT, YOU WON'T GET YOUR MONEY BACK.

My wife has been trying to get a refund on clothing we purchased from May-19. We "paid" to return them. It is now Sept-19 and they claim they gave us the refund which they have not. I have ordered 5 dresses a month back and till date the shipment has not reached me. The website tracking is not updated and the phone is not being answered. I wish i had read all these reviews before i would never have ordered from them.I was told 5-7 working days for delivery and now its more than a month. I only hope i get my stuff and hope it is of good quality.
