Beyond bad...

The communication and customer support is soo bad I cannot describe it enough. They keep randomly booking appointments in your schedule without any confirmation from you. Even when you schedule at specific time somebody will whatsapp you asking for different day and time or just customer support will move it. For example we need to Wednesday for plant watering, the day needs to be Wednesday, out of nowhere they booked it for Monday 🤦🏻‍♀️ Or changing people that are coming. Helpling is much more reliable.
