Brilliantly Service

I had a request for a special assortment box. Spoke to Sam who, not only sorted everything within hours, but gave me the items at a previous discount price.

Excellent service and products.

Bitter not sweet @ Calico Cottage

My experience with Calico Cottage, was a positive one to begin with. A member of staff, called Rose, was very generous and polite and sent me a sample of what I wanted to buy. I was ready to spend £250 to buy the sweet for the heart transplant team, who had looked after me, after I had an unexpected heart transplant but then I came across someone called Sam. She did not return my phone calls and behaved as if she was paying me for a service. She was rude, obnoxious then tried to charge me more than the original price, she had quoted previously. How on earth do you believe you can entice customers when your attitude towards them, resembles that which we flush down the toilet. You Sam and you Jon, let Calico Cottage down. I have the proof and I'm quite willing to share it with Trustpilot.
