Calecim is exceptional. As a CIDESCO Beauty Therapist I am particular what I put on my skin. The serum particularly is essential after microneedling as well as the recovery night complex. These make such a difference to skin recovery, firmness and healing. Also amazing for every day. I wouldn't be without the hydrator.

Impossible to get in touch with anyone. Be careful for subscribe and save, they make you have a minimum three month commitment. Customer service being so poor is the main issue though

Great customer service and products
I started using the advanced hair serum 4 months ago and was seeing noticeable results, so I took advantage of a special which included a free ampoule of hair serum with a subscription. The free ampoule was missing from my order, but Johanne in customer service was very helpful, courteous, friendly and arranged for the free serum to be sent to me. I have also started using their skin serum and feel like I am seeing an improvement in skin texture while still on my first bottle. Thank you Johanne and Calecim!

I had given up on miracle skin care…
I had given up on miracle skin care products but when I watched the youtube reviews of influencers I trust, I had to give Calecim Professional a try. And I'm so glad I did because after two weeks I'm already seeing results! The lines on my 75 year old face are already greatly diminished. I can wait to see what happens after a month of use!

Scar Usage
Hello! I’ve been using the serum for just over a month across x3 stomach scars and have seen incredible results after just one months use! I’ve been applying it 4-5 nights a week across each scar and have noticed a significant difference in their appearance, I’m sure they will completely fade over time by using this, absolutely amazing & very grateful, 10/10!!

Although I adore the pro serum I am very disappointed to find that I have been unable to cancel the subscription for the Moisturiser cream.
BE WARNED if you don’t like the product or it doesn’t agree with you have to HAVE THREE deliveries before you can cancel !!!!
At $171.00 each that’s OVER $500 before I can cancel !!!!!

I'm trying to cancel my subscription. Their website won't allow to cancel, advising you need to email them. I emailed 3 times, but all 3 bounced back, giving the message:
"Sorry, we were unable to deliver your message to the following address.
customerservice calecim.com:
Unable to deliver message after multiple retries, giving up."
I tried the website chat as well, but also does NOT work.
What kind of service is that? They won't allow you to cancel the subscription!

Effective products, GENUINE customer service.
I am 70 years old and have been using Calcium products for over two years. That in itself, should give you my opinion of their products. Recently, after a devastating skin cancer diagnosis, that has left my face disfigured, I reached out to their customer service team. Their personalized response, (not AI generated) provided unexpected comfort in a sometimes harsh world we find ourselves in today. Calciums personal, actually listened.
