I recently made a transaction to send my crypto to my portfolio. One of my transactions didn't process so I reached out to the team. Paulo Morejon was able to retrieve my hbar back in a very quick manner. I was beyond worried but he saved me from losing over $1100. Truly grateful for the team and all there help.

Love this company! They notified me by mail of some coins that were delisting and told me what actions I need to take so that I would not lose anything. I decided to cash out and literally within minutes my broker Marx Hamakhan sent me an email saying order executed and a PDF order. I highly recommend these guys. Big shout out to Marx! Thank you!

I tried to fund my newly opened account via wire transfer . B.O.A. said they could not transfer funds to a US bank Brown uses, and have the business be at an international location. I tried to call my broker- no answer. I tried email- no answer. I have a feeling there is something not quite right here. It is hard for me to trust a business on the other side of the world, let alone get no response. After all, they have my money.

Caleb & Brown, and the professionalism and patience that Hamish, Georgie, Milany, Nick, Jackson, and Maria had for me and my four-day rant is extraordinary. I really lost my cool and all ability to see reason and use common sense.

I initiated a transfer of my XRP. The wallet I have linked was for my Trezor. For some reason, I thought it was my Uphold wallet. When the funds did not arrive in Uphold, I went straight to thinking I was scammed. I have been scammed out of massive bags in the past, so my head went straight there.

Georgie and Milany went out of their way to set up the transfer for me. The transfer of XRP went straight to the wallet I have linked with Caleb and Brown safely and promptly.

Hamish and his team were very professional throughout all my bad behavior. Hamish offered logic when I had none.

I owe them all a massive apology. I am very grateful to them. Thank you, Hamish and his team at Caleb and Brown. Please accept my sincere apology.

SCAM SCAM SCAM

deposit a week ago converted in to crypto tried to withdraw it to be my ledger as soon as I did that they locked me out of my account ,so I cant access it, I was then told I can only withdraw aud to my bank account they have takin 600 in fees , they promise to return my funds 2 days ago, have not received it , when I speak to support I get the runaround, I'am making a formal complaint with AFCA,AFIC, ACCC
DONOT USE THIS COMPANY

The Caleb & Brown Team is very responsive, even at 6 in the morning. Great Customer Service! I was able to e-mail them and sell some crypto and then bought 2 other cryptos very quickly before heading to the office.They always guide me through my transactions and ask good questions to be sure I am getting exactly what I need. I Appreciate them.

Tried the cold wallet and just couldn’t get it to work for me. I need a live person I can communicate thru emails or by phone!
I’m not good at understanding all the tech ways, it doesn’t come easy for me.
Unless I’m guided thru the steps and Jake is the person who took the time to help me out! At start of the process, I was so nervous, but Jake was so kind, calm and understanding. He guided thru the process and it gave me confidence I can do it alone, but assured me if I had any questions, he’d be there! And that is the customer service I was hoping for!
Caleb & Brown team has also been great in answering my emails with fast responses!
All in all, I feel at ease and protected with doing business with Caleb & Brown, with all the uncertainty of hacks, scammers and loosing everything, because you didn’t know how to protect yourself.

The service is incredible. It really is personal and they will bend over backwards to accommodate your needs. Today, Milany Shofany from Caleb & Brow, saved me from a big scam and her main goal was to protect my crypto.. Extremely grateful for that because I have been scammed before. Worked with Georgie Kibel, Client Success Specialist, to resolve an issue around reaquiring the 2FA authenticator setup required for login at C&B. I had forgotten my phone password (dah) and had to do a reset - losing all my setup. Georgie helped resolve this and a problem with an email address. All is well.
