I bought a jersey on June 3 2025 on calcioitalia.com (Rugiada Srl) and received it from Rome (Italia) four days later here in Paris (France). The shirt is official and corresponds to what I was expected. I recommend this website.

Worst customer support i've ever experienced. Trying to contact them since weeks and no response. I have no idea how all these good reviews came together. Tried several ways to get in touch with them, no answers. How is it possible to run a company like that??

our store in Rome is full of people often, so it is hard to answer by phone, also because many people call us in the same moments, but we always reply to the mail within 24 hours.
First time ordered a jersey only…
First time ordered a jersey only available in some shops (EZETA Home Boreale jersey for those who knows) and received it before the announced date (15th july). Even, I miss ordered my shirt size and sent an email after that to change it, and they didn't forget to do it. Very happy, would recommend it !

Football kit collector approves this site :)
Everything went perfect. The shirt is certainly legit, as I've seen some original ones and some fake ones in my shirt collecting experience, and I also own a few kits made by the same manufacturer. Nameset also seems legit, and it's positioned correctly. Sleeve patches are also on place. Everything went fast, the kit was sent immediately and it arrived exactly 7 days after it has been sent (I'm an abroad customer, Poland). I'm also very satisfied by the customer service experience, as we solved all the issues via e-mail & contact was really good. I can whole-heartedly recommend this shop.

Ordered a Sampdoria shirt printed with Quagliarella 27 on the back.
At first I was sceptical because I didn't get an order confirmation but paid with PayPal. Turns out I somehow managed to misspell my own email-address.
I placed my order in the night from Saturday to Sunday and already got my shirt on Tuesday (from Rome to Frankfurt).
I will definitely buy there again.

we already made the refund yesterday, after reading your mail about the expiration date of your order.
So we do not understand why you are "hoping GOD for the return".
You made your order on Saturday night (1st december), we called you on Monday (3rd dec.) and the day after (4th dec.)at this number: 3669723782 but nobody answered.
We replied immediately to your mail on 6th December explaining the problem. After having received your mail about the expiration date on 10th we made the refund.
We made a mistake about the availability of a product, and we are sorry about it and you are right.
Yet, the rest of your story is full of lies. And we do not understand why you are continuing to send mails (today 4 mails) where you insult us and denigrate our work. You look like a stalker.
This is the replay to your second post: you wrote in the first part
"I wrote them december 6 and they answer it will arrive december 11. I ask them if they could arrive december 10 because I will be leaving and never answer. So today december 8 I call them"
Yet now you wrote "The 6 of december you wrote me". This is just a small example of your story full of lies.
Anyway, we are sorry for the problem. We made an availability mistake.

Great Online Store for Football / Calcio
Fantastic online store, had the pleasure to visit their store in Rome, the shopkeepers are nice and pleasant. The online store has a very big collection (for Serie A teams and other leagues alike).
Shipping and delivery are very fast. Definitely recommended.
