I turned up here to collect my pre order but had come to the wrong branch! Fortunately an angel called Flo came to my rescue and set about collecting my fairly substantial order whilst cancelling my order at the correct branch. Nothing was too much trouble and this, alongside a fantastic selection of drinks at very reasonable prices made this a great experience.

They've got a good selection of wines at all prices, however I'd suggest you buy any spirits from Tesco especially as Tesco frequently have good offer's.
They put the wrong information on their website. I bought 2 bottles of springbank 12yo cask strength. On their website they said it was a bottling from 2020 (= batch 20). I paid for this bottles. Instead they send me 2 bottles that were bottled in 2024 (= batch 26). I immediately send a mail to search for a solution (maybe a discount because i paid to much for a 2024 bottling). After a week i send a reminder because i didn't got any answer. Another week later i send another reminder. Now we are 3 weeks after my purchase and still they don't react. The customer service is worthless. Don't buyt at this shop. I will do my best to let this know to all my whisky friends (and believe me there are a lot and in many different countries) to not buy at this shop!!
I asked this company to stops ending me SMS messages. I emailed 3 times and received no response. I then contacted them on Facebook and I was told I would not receive any further messages. I kept receiving them and I asked 4 times for them to be stopped. I asked to be contacted by manner and no one bother to contact me
Poor service and attitude.
Visited several caves yesterday. The chaps and Calais vins where happy to advise on all aspects of their wines. One which I wanted they did not have in the amount I wished for so the manager drove to their warehouse and brought it back for me. Nothing seemed too much trouble, so I spent a lot!
I cannot recommend buying online through this company. The product I ordered was substituted with an inferior and cheaper alternative.
