Do not recommend ,
Sent some eclairs to my brother who lives in Denmark , only for it to arrive mushed and cream was all over the inner front packaging ,

Upon email them, and sending them the pictures . they couldn’t care any less and said they delivered it well and just basically said indirectly it must be his fault as he must have opened it wrong .

Save your money and shop elsewhere especially if you’re wanting to send your brother a treat and you’re not local!

The customer service was shocking and appalling , they take no fault and do blame it on you.

No compensation given,
Not worth the money, hassle and customer service.

Shop elsewhere for something better with excellent customer service.

RESPOND TO CAKERY -
How do you know it was the ‘unpacking’ progress ? Were you there by any chance ?
Since you say ‘ left our shop in perfect condition’
How are you able to maintain the ‘perfect condition’ during transit ?
Did you open the packaging before delivering ?
You could easily drive on a bump and those eclairs could be all over the box.

So please stop blaming my brother when you’re clearly at fault.

Surely such businesses are stealing people’s hard earned money and are unable to deliver to perfection .

I usually buy eclairs for my wife's birthdays from Cakery and everytime we are satisfied with order process and quality of product.

They only have to update their details and order link on google.

Nice cakes and friendly atmosphere

I ordered 4 online and cost 180dkk. But when you pick up in store, 3 cost 128dkk. Like they have discount but couldn’t apply online ? Also it is very small so be prepared that you might see a mini one.
The service was also bit off, when I pick up in the store, it was more like I was the waitress and smile or say thank you to her but during the whole time she just gave a long face to me. Pretty funny experience tho.
