Competitively priced but poor admin
I ordered a cake turntable I immediately became concerned as I had no confirmation email of the purchase. Over the next couple of days I kept checking and my spam folders. I had taken a screenshot of the purchase. When I tried to use the order number it wouldn’t work. I tried to log into my account and that wouldn’t work. I emailed the company with my concern but received no response. The turntable did turn up within the 5 days and it was competitively priced but unfortunately my experience hasn’t given me the reassurance that I would use them again.

Good value for money
Good value for money. Parcel took a little longer to arrive,but this was expected. Packaging was damaged but items inside were intact. Would buy from cake cabinet again.
