purchased a large order of these which were stale and inedible despite being within date. I contacted the company and offered a comment on social media which they subsequently blocked me without resolving the complaint. Since then their customer service in relation to the quality issue complaint has been extremely unprofessional. They initially said they would give some products as a replacement however have now backed down. I’m sure it was a bad batch only but their reluctance to even acknowledge my complaint means I would not recommend them at all. I am sure they will comment on this blaming me or saying I am lying….

What a great product. Huge tasty nuts and plastic free packaging. The black pepper is to die for and ordering was quick and easy (though they are in some retailers too). Read up about the company and eat your cashews knowing they have been ethically grown and harvested. Worth paying a bit more for surely?
