Do not buy from this business. Poor quality, sizing too small. Live one hour away from Port Douglas and it would have been quicker for me to drive there than receive the parcel I ordered. No shop in port Douglas. This is a Philippines based online business with stock from China. Had to hassle them to get only 20% refund. Least managed that. Absolute scam. The only time I didn’t check reviews. Learnt a lesson.

This site is a SCAM do not buy from them. I put in an order 4 months ago I still have not received my dress or my money. Don’t waste your hard earned cash. They are terrible.

The colours shown on the website are far more vibrant than the colours of the dresses. The tag on the dress says "65% cotton, 35% polyester" when it is clearly 100% polyester. Extremely overpriced for a product made in China and the quality. Have they really been in business for 30 years??? People be warned.

The dress is not what was advertised - it is like wearing a plastic bag. This crap come from China and is not worth the money. This is a con business and does not operate out of Port Douglas. Don't deal with them!

Appalling buisness. Delivery late and garments do not fit. Terrible quality material.
I asked for a refund and now they are refusing it. Not at all happy. Now reading reviews so many people have had the same issues.

I needed to return some items that fid not fit... my fault with measuring. Cairns Sisters offered me a new dress and I gave the other items to some people who truly deserved them. All this over the Christmas break.i highly recommended their ease of dealing with and generosity

It looks like an Australian boutique but I feel it is all directly from China. I have sent around 5 emails to organise a return but had absolutely NO RESPONSE

This company purports to be a boutique run by two sisters in Cairns, Australia. However, it is a website based in China. When I tried to cancel my order, they quickly shipped it so it couldn’t be cancelled.
Today, I received my order of 5 dresses totalling $290 and they are all made with inferior fabric.
Beware this company!

If I could put a negative star, I would. This is a scam. Cheap poorly made clothing from China that would cost $10 from Temu. I have tried to organise a refund/return, as per their website, but the email address does not exist. DO NOT DEAL WITH THIS SITE.

Product is nothing like what is described, takes forever to arrive and is out of China. Catchy name indicating Australian but just a shop front. Don't support this business.

I have had nothing but a bad experience from day one. The two cotton ? Shirts i ordered were never delivered. Supposedly no number on delivery order. Never before have I had a delivery issue. I buy on line alot.
Then to have finally received them only to find that a 2XL which I normally would buy an XL doesn't fit, to the point even my arms can fit. The material is definitely not cotton. Stiff, no softness at all.
Have asked within the time line numerous times for refund but no. This isn't an Australian Company as far as quality product. Big scam very very disappointing 😞

The dress fabric was advertised as “breathable blend”, a summer necessity in Queensland. It is a substandard, synthetic.
The product is shipped from overseas and a full refund is not feasible due to customs & shipping costs, though “simple returns” are advertised.
The package is labelled as “women’s polyester dress”.
BEST TO AVOID THIS UNTRUSTWORTHY “BOUTIQUE” ALTOGETHER.

Easy to order. Very polite follow up communication.
Until it arrives I cannot say anything more on product or delivery but am happy to do so.

Great ordering experience. Now hoping the products are good quality as I will become a regular if they are.

Item was of poor quality and obviously from China.
Don't bother following returns instructions to email them, as it will bounce back as undelivered.
Avoid this company at all costs!

Very, very disappointed. The website looked lovely, and the clothing very good at reasonable, but not unbelievably cheap prices. They know their targets: incentivise us by these means, (i.e. look very legitimate and attractive) then take our money, take a very long time for order to arrive, and finally when it did come, the items were cheap and nasty and certainly not the "breathable" fabric advertised. Sizing ridiculously small for Australian women. Steer clear. Not anything like you might expect. And other reviewers say trying for a refund is fruitless, even though it is otherwise advertised. I even hesitate to give these clothes ($100 worth), to charity. More suitable for the bin!

Poor quality clothing, helpful with initial returns procedure, sent to address given in China to recieve refund, parcel sent back listed as unaccepted and return to sender.
No response to emails at all.
No credit and cost postage to return? Biggest rip off
