They get everything wrong and don't refund.

They are terrible. I paid €15 for express shipping, and the sent it through Saver shipping, which made the parcel arrive too late. They didn't even refunded the €15. The order was sent back to sender by the courier, I never received it, and they didn't send me a full refund, just c. 15% of the total amount to be refunded.

On a second order, hey got my order wrong, and I didn't receive my full order. They are still investigating ...

Nice words and polite language on emails, but they are terrible and they don't get anything right.
