I bought the vantage bracelet which is pretty however I’ve never struggled so much to put on a piece of jewellery like I do with the vantage bracelet. It kind of puts me off from wearing it because it takes me over 5 mins just to put it on.
Please consider making your bracelets slightly looser in future designs to make it easier for customers to put on.

10/10 service, a special shoutout to Lisa who handled my specific case. I’d ordered a lace necklace for my birthday and accidentally broke it while trying to shorten it (removing the extender chain).
I got a really fast response and was given clear next steps. I managed to get another necklace because of the accidental damage and the team sent it pretty fast!

They gave me a great offer of a full refund plus a £30 voucher or they would resend a new order of my ring asap. I picked the latter and received it within a week. Benedikt and Cecile were particularly helpful. Reason I didn’t give a five star review is because of the lost 1st package.
I think they need to sort out the company who are responsible for losing things in transit as I have read a few reviews saying the same thing which is a shame as the quality of their products are excellent as was customer service.

Absolutely gorgeous jewelry but they barely last for how much you pay. I got the Nove ring in gold and 2 of the gems have already fallen out of it after not even 2 months of wearing them.
Customer service is also subpar considering how many times I had to reach out to them for an update. It seems like they don’t keep track when it comes to exchanges and returns, I might as well have gotten paid for as the one having to reach out first to remind them about my exchanges. To give you an overview I started my exchange request on Nov 25 2025 and got the exchange request confirmation on Jan 9 2026.
Would love to love the brand but overall customer experience was not impressed.

I ordered a bracelet and a necklace in 2022. After 4 years of daily wear ( I never take either of them off, in the ocean, shower, gym etc), there is no sign of the gold fading or changing colour - very impressive! Unfortunately the necklace snapped one day, but Cainte support was so easy and lovely to deal with - I sent a photo of it through and they sent a replacement which arrived all the way to Australia within a week of me raising the issue. Awesome support, awesome product - keen to buy many more pieces. Would definitely recommend.

I didn’t receive my order at first because it was sent back to caintè.
That’s why I wrote an e-mail to the support and after verifying my case, i received a nice message, that my order will be send to my again.
Without any complications and without hesitation my order with the right jewellery arrived within 3 days after my concern.

I had a very disappointing experience with Cainte.
First of all, they require customers to pay extra to ensure the package arrives “safely.” This should not be an additional charge – safe delivery should be standard when you order a product.
Returning the item was also unnecessarily expensive. I had to pay a significant amount just to send it back, which already felt unreasonable.
The return process itself took an extremely long time. After they received the product in perfect condition, I had to wait far too long for my refund. In fact, I only received my money after I sent them a follow-up message. Without chasing them, I genuinely doubt I would have been refunded in a reasonable timeframe.
The so-called “mystery gift” is also misleading. They advertise a value between €50–€500, but the item I received was worth maybe €5–€10 at most. That is not a minor exaggeration — it is completely misleading marketing.
On top of that, the watch box was very low quality and felt cheap.
Overall, this is a highly unprofessional company with questionable marketing practices and poor customer service. I would not recommend buying from them.
