The test questions were not all in the literature that I reviewed. But we’re common sense . Some questions were worded very unorganized so answering was difficult. Otherwise it did capture the most important health and safety food handling to be sufficient.
Glitch? AI?
Initially, the site was not allowing me to start the training, and it kept asking me if I was ready to submit my answers in spite of not having taken any pre-quiz or test. It was frustrating.
