Honestly the coffee is perfect and we are a loyalty customer, only we buy the kind of coffee and drink a lot , because huge consumption. And very good quality.
But we have bad experience with shipping BRT, everything is correct, the address, phone number… we wait our shipment 24/24 , then we received email: the address is not correct . we are like ambasciata in the heart of centro storico,
We called customer services many times, the website is not helpful, we went to office point in our zone and nothing happened, we found 2 couriers in BRT in our street and they don’t know about shipment, then our employee went outside of rome for warehouse of BRT to take the shipment.
I advise to solve this issue to avoid losing customers.
Maybe put an extra options in the website ( address part) to be able the customer put more details about his address ( like ring the citofono, or call us , or , or )
Sorry for this , but really its help to improve the situation and both of us being Happy.
