1 seal leaking
All good apart from seal on one packet of 8 delivered not secure ( packaging loose). Photo available.
The supplier has been good enough to give me credit for this mishap!
My wife is from a village in Italy a few miles from the production site and got me hooked on this wonderful coffee!

Apologies for the packet exploding during transit! Our products are vaccum packed (Moka Packets*) so they are prone to a bit of damage. Please send us an email on orders@caffeguglielmo.co.uk with the photo, We'll send you over a credit for that packet as compensation. Apologies for the delay in getting back to you.

We do not have any control or methods to speed up their delivery times as we are not affilieted with them but only as a customer.

Honestly the best coffee I’ve ever ordered. Fast enough delivery came within 2 days where they advertised 3-5 so pretty content! Very rich flavours of coffee and amazing after taste.
