I can’t say enough good things!

I can’t say enough good things about Caden Lane. The quality of their products is absolutely beautiful. Everything feels thoughtfully made, soft, and durable, and you can tell a lot of care goes into the details.

What really made this experience stand out though was their customer service. An item I purchased ended up becoming backordered after my order was placed, and even though it was listed as a final sale item, their team went above and beyond to help make it right. They kindly offered me the option to choose another color so I wouldn’t miss out on the item.

It’s rare to find a company that stands behind both their products and their customers the way Caden Lane does. The combination of high quality items and truly exceptional service will keep me coming back. I’ll always be a Caden Lane customer.

I had a great experience using this website. It was easy to navigate, well-organized, and very user-friendly. Everything I needed was clear and straightforward, which made the whole process smooth and stress-free. The quality and professionalism really stood out, and I would absolutely recommend this site to others. I’ll definitely be using it again.

Go elsewhere for baby/infant clothing.

I was so excited to finally order something from Caden Lane - their photos and ads are so nice. I ordered two outfits for a total of $69 and the material was super thin and very narrow. Not what I expected. And when I went on the site to return, I found out they only give you 14 day to return at at your cost for shipping. Terrible considering they present themselves as an up and up company. I guess I learned a lesson.... read return policy before buying.

Great customer service!

I purchased a romper and after I placed the order I realized that I'd chosen the wrong size. I emailed the company right away and they were able to catch the order in time to make the change!

Poor customer service, incorrect product received

I placed an order for a newborn outfit and personalized blanket. It took almost 2 weeks for the items to arrive and the blanket arrived with the incorrect name on it and it was a completely wrong name. Obviously, I did not have the gift for the baby shower, so i was very upset that they couldn't get this small order correct. They finally agreed to send out another blanket, hopefully with the correct name this time, but I still have not received it. There was no rush to correct their mistake and no refund was offered on shipping or the product for their error. I will never purchase from this company again. I'm finding similar quality items on Amazon for a fraction of the cost. Waste of money, do your homework before ordering from here. Just an overpriced, low quality online store.

“Lightly scented” baby clothes

I placed an order for our baby due in April. All but 1 item shipped quickly. The clothes were cute. The delayed item shipped about 2 weeks later. I opened the package to a STRONG perfume scent. I am pregnant and sensitive to smells but my husband agreed it was strong. I went back and forth with a bot via email before a human replied. She told me: “ As part of our standard packaging, we include a lightly scented card in each order — just a little extra touch to make the unboxing experience feel special.” This item is for a newborn. I will attempt to wash it but it makes me very uncomfortable that they use scents on baby items.

Caden Lane takes care of their customers

I ordered a personalized blanket for a newborn baby gift. The blanket was not received and the insurance I purchased to cover a situation like this denied the claim. I reached out to Caden Lane and can really say they take care of their customers. They have re-produced the blanket and it is on its way. I have purchased these personalized blankets several times (especially within
the last two years). Thank you for taking care of your customers!

Great customer service

Fast, helpful support from the customer service team when we couldn’t figure out who had sent us a gift! In an era of having to deal primarily with frustrating AI for business customer service, it was refreshing to have emails rapidly responded to by someone personable!

Yall this customer service is amazing

Yall this customer service is amazing! I placed an order and realized I had made a mistake with the shipping address. (Not the first time I had done this). Anyway. It was a weekend and I thought I would be out of luck. I emailed and I can’t believe the next day I heard back from them saying they had taken care of it. Love, love love.

Cute, Cozy, comfy clothing with a small business attention to detail.

Amazing customer service

Amazing customer service. My auto correct changed my granddaughter’s name and didn’t double check before I placed order. Panicked and immediately sent an email on a Sunday afternoon not expecting a response until Monday. Not only did I get a response but they canceled the order and refunded the money. I am so excited to reorder with the name spelled properly. Now both granddaughters have blanket with their names on them. Love their products and won’t buy anywhere else!!
