Plants arrived healthy and very well protected.
Order was postponed for some 20 days, probably because of the cold weather. But when they sent it, it arrived from Bulgaria to Croatia in only 4 days (weekend included).
I like the concept of buying the exact plant which is on the photos.

Wide selection of plants and seeds with interesting genetics. You get the exact plant on the picture. Everything was delivered within the timeframe mentioned when purchasing. Good to excellent germination rates of almost 100% on the seeds with one exception that had a less than 50% germination.
All plants were very healthy upon arrival. This is my new favorite shop for succculents.
I am writing this review to assure intentional buyers that Cactus-Online.net is a legit business operating from Bulgaria. My multiple-plant order took 25 days to arrive in (Eastern) Canada. International orders are shipped via Bulgarian Post (Canada Post makes final delivery) with a Phytosanitary Certificate that takes 5-7 days to be issued. My plants were shipped in a secure cardboard box, individually wrapped in paper towels and labeled with the plant ID number - then the box was padded with ample poly-fil! Wonderful packaging! Everything arrived looking exactly as pictured on the website and in excellent condition! What I love most about Cactus-Online.net is that you get the exact plant you order, and multiple photos help to decide. The prices are reasonable, and the shipping, even International, is fair. Customer Service was quick to respond to my emails and provided additional information upon request. I am quite happy with the healthy, quality plants I received and will return for more in the future.
I placed an order online, I then received a payment receipt from PayPal and then nothing from cactus online, no order confirmation, no contact details, nothing. After 10 days I complained to PayPal and my payment was refunded. Very poor customer service.

Can you share your order number as from time to time people don't get emails due to strict email rules and all correspondence get into SPAM folder. Usually it takes 5-7 business days to prepare the order and to send it but if we need to communicate with customer before delivery we always send email and wait for reply. Ordered some plants to be sent to Denmark (shop is in Bulgaria). The plants arrived healthy and packaged with utmost care in several layers of insulating/protective material. They were aware of the weather and postponed the order a bit until after a local cold spell, as the plants were cold sensitive. I will definitely shop there again.
