In anticipation of Brexit/Covid delays, we ordered our Palmako Ines 1 in January. The delays ended up being much longer than we expected, nearly 6 months later we do have our new summerhouse installed and are delighted with it. I was tempted to make this a 4 star review, for some poor communication about delivery dates. However, I am a little sympathetic to this, because I suspect there were a huge number of deliveries delayed and staying on top of communication must have been a monumental challenge. The ordering process easy, Gavin was my contact and answered all of my questions and special requests. Once we got close to delivery Natalie supported us in with scheduling the installation. Lewis and Rob came to install the day after the building was delivered and were expertly and efficiently done the next day with a very tidy garden. Brilliant service!
I would highly recommend Cabins Unlimited for their overall service and the Ines 1 for its quality and design.

Went to cabins unlimited downham market just have a look was met by Callie who even having only working there for couple of weeks was helpful and informative , if she couldn’t answer any thing she made sure she found out and came back to us the very moment she knew . From the moment we purchased the Sussex 1 we had great service . The two guys who installed the cabin (Luke & Ian) were very efficient and polite . Would certainly recommend this company to anybody without question . Well done

Jubilee log cabin
This week we have had a jubilee log cabin installed. To say we are thrilled with it would be an understatement. The whole process, from demolishing two old summer houses and three old sheds in our garden, to erecting out new cabin, has been deslt with by everyone at cabins unlimited with efficiency and courtesy.

The whole team, from start to finish, were efficient, polite, informative and we were kept updated with proceedings at all times. I cannot recommend this company highly enough, and if you are thinking of having a summerhouse, cabin ect then look no further than Cabins Unlimited

Brought a shed from cabins unlimited, arrived within two weeks and erected in under a couple of hours by a brilliant couple of guys Gavin and Oscar. Excellent service and highly recommended.

Ordered the cabin off the Lincoln Branch, found all the staff very polite and helpful, all questions answered. Cabin delivered on time, four deliveries over two days, all very well organised. The cabin was erected over two days the following week, the lads worked really hard to complete the build, and were very polite, and professional. A very good company to deal with, would recommend them to anyone wanting a log cabin. Now we have an excellent summer house, all that is missing is the summer !!

Order was fine. 6-12wk delivery became 17wk…. Understandable with covid and brexit but absolutely no communication from cabins unlimited without me first contacting them, felt we were constantly chasing updates and information. Delivery was Fantastic once we had spoken directly to delivery company, had a further delay with operations team…. Which we later found out was unavoidable for the ops team. Was very stressful leading up to delivery and build but thankfully Ian and Lewis were absolute stars on the day and ‘saved the day’ they were the best bit about the entire experience …… if all aspects of the process were as excellent as the builders the company would be 5 star!

Gavin and Oscar erected our summer house over the last two days. They were both very professional, friendly and efficient as well as being great guys. Would recommend them 100 %. Thanks for doing a great job.

What a great service from start to finish. Clearly the industry is experiencing unprecedented demand and it would be no surprise if things went awry, but they didn’t with these guys. Melody and Linda made the choice, purchase and administration a seamless task. Peter delivered the product with surgical precision to assist those that were to erect the cabin after him. The installers Ian, Lewis and Luke were professional, courteous and very tidy! They kept us informed of what was happening at all times. Even when encountering an unexpected issue with a door and a handle, they sorted it out with no fuss, despite having to add a 3 hour round trip to do so! They were an important part of our “Staying Inn” project and I would highly recommend Cabins Unlimited to be a part of anyone else’s.

Purchased a shed and summerhouse from Downham Market Melody & Linda in office very helpful.
Gavin/Oscar the two guys that fitted them great job worked nonstop and finished on time.

We ordered our cabin from the new Lincoln site while they were still getting ready for opening. Excellent service and communication from order to delivery which was within the timescale we expected. Installed quickly and we are very happy with it.

Had my cabin delivered today by Peter such a lovely man very helpful and kind even in heavy rain he had a smile on his face and time to talk best service hoping the men that puts it up Monday are they same I’d definitely recommend Peter for your delivery man 😊😊

I've just bought a glamping pod from Cabins Unlimited. I'd been looking at a few from various places online but the customer service I received from Callie Houghton was brilliant and gave me the assurance I needed to know that I'd bought from the right place. I ordered a shed from this company after some research. The sales lady Melody was very helpful and I waited for the shed to arrive. Today to lovely young lads Gavin and Oscar arrived to erect the shed. They were stars The shed was up in no time at all even though they had several problems with the doors not fitting as well as they could. All the rubbish was taken away and all I have to do is paint it to match my fence and fill it of course. Thanks guys.

We had a cabin installed by Gavin and Oscar from Cabins Unlimited. It was on a time limit as we wanted to have an 18th party in it. The guys worked so hard and completed the work in time for our sons birthday. Such wonderful and helpful guys, So polite and respectful, a real credit to the company. Thank you.

Having done a lot of research (nothing else to do in lockdown) I went with Cabins Unlimited to provide replacement Summer House and shed. Very pleased that I did as this service and products were excellent. The sales team were always available for advice and kept me informed. Installation was so professional, a team that clearly knew their job and worked non-stop to complete. Everything was explained on completion (how windows worked, wood treatment required, maintenance, etc) and questions answered. Two small decorative pieces missing from shed which they noticed and had them sent to me the next day. Quality service all round so thanks to you all. Painting it was hard work!
