TOTAL SCAM!! Don't buy any service from this people. Read the whole story so you don't waste your money with this scam
An apparent "glitch" on their website (which at this point I am thinking that may not be a coincidence) made me repeat the booking process for my fly tickets and a couple minutes later I had my credit card charged twice for the same booking. I called and waited on the phone for more than 2 hours just to have a guy telling me that cancelling the duplicated booking which was entirely their fault will cost me more than what I paid for the tickets and denying any wrong doing blaming me for booking twice. Searching on internet for reviews of this scam (I wish I have done that before buying from them) I found that exactly the same has happened to other customers from different countries, that's why I say I think the glitch on their website may not be a coincidence. This company should be banned from selling flights tickets and hotel reservations.
