Absolutely unacceptable experience with MyProtein.
I ordered CA$557.48 worth of supplements and instead received an old, opened bag of vanilla protein spilled all over the box, plus a random unidentified product. None of the items I paid for were delivered. This is unhygienic and a complete failure of quality control.
Customer service has been just as bad. I sent photos, explained the issue multiple times, and clearly asked for a full refund (not replacements). Despite repeated follow-ups, I’ve received copy-paste replies asking the same questions with no refund, no collection, and no resolution.
It’s been days of chasing with zero accountability. This experience has completely destroyed my trust in MyProtein.
MyProtein: stop sending automated responses and resolve this publicly with a full refund.

Last rep asked me to refuse delivery, its been returned and on way back to you guys, I was told as soon as its returned back, refund will be issued, its been a month I have been dealing with this now, please help me with refund

As a vegan I was excited about the animal-free whey but, like many of the reviews for this product state, it made me extremely ill. In my case I had to go to the hospital and incur a $400 ambulance charge.
After all this, when I tried to RETURN my unopened boxes, they told me I had to ship it from CANADA TO POLAND AT MY OWN COST. The original parcel had shipped to me from USA. But they wanted me to pay $104 to ship it to Poland. I paid $91 for the products but I was expected to pay $104 to ship it internationally.
They made it categorically IMPOSSIBLE for me to get a REFUND on completely UNOPENED BOXES by demanding I ship them to Poland. This was an incredible breach of trust and shady business practice.

I was a customer since February 2018. However, I recently ordered $200 worth of Impact Whey Isolate - 11lb - Unflavored, which was supposed to be delivered on January 17, 2024. I never received it. I contacted the Customer Care Team every week since then, and they keep telling me to fill out the Attestation Form over and over, and/or wait for the results of the investigation. It has been over two months of waiting with no progress: no refund and no replacement product. They have $200 of my money, and I received nothing in return, and no date for when the matter will be resolved, if ever: they said they will contact me at THEIR earliest convenience.

I was talking to an agent, Sabah, in the chat. They were very helpful and answered my questions very quickly and on point. I am very satisfied with the experience.
