UPDATE: l also reached out to them on Instagram and was given my tax and duties back. It’s unfortunate that l had to do that though as it’s common sense. You’re not paying taxes and duties to Canadian govt for a pant l never got, why should l chase you for a refund of tax and duties??
Please do better, I’ve been a customer for years and spend roughly $5,000.00 on clothes with you each year, so I’m not poor, and the $40something isn’t the problem, it’s the principle behind it!!Do better.

ordered a pant (which l was charged duties AND taxes for) and paid.
Only to be emailed few days later that the pant was out of stock, that was fine.
But instead of refunding me back all the money l paid (money for the pant, taxes and duties), customer representative called Summer told me they are not responsible for taxes and duties (which l have already paid), for a pant l do not have!!!
I’ll keep pushing this and won’t take it lightly!! I can’t be out of pocket for your mistake!!
Give me back my money. And l’ll report you to appropriate authority as well. I’ve been your customer for years, this is ridiculous!!
