We are facing difficulties while attempting to utilize the API. Our intention is to automate the process; however, the API currently has a CAPTCHA obstacle. They certainly deserve a 5-star rating, but resolving the API issue is essential for us.
Basically, I try to log in, and I am asked to verify, but the code never arrives on my phone.
I had to create a second account under my personal email and use my personal phone, which did receive a code.
I have no way of getting into or starting a work account because I can’t verify it. Very frustrating.
Guys, need your help please. My details are (lee-at- leeocarroll.com) which should be in your Registration DB.
I have the same issue as Verity below. I am not getting the verification code. Please advise? No support info that I can see on your site so apologies for reaching out on TP.
*Out of courtesy and fairness, I've given 5 stars as didn't want to leave a negative review.

Byword is an amazing piece of tech! Created by founders who really get SEO and more importantly stand by the results they have achieved for their own clients.
I have implemented around 25 articles on my site, all around 2000-3000 words, all simply target keywords driven function, domain age is around 2 years, I have been doing SEO on the site for majority of that, many of articles have ranked and getting traffic within a few weeks.
Additionally what has been fantastic is their support, I have dealt with Mack - you can just email, and he has helped resolved a few bugs and always offered me a few free credits, found him to be very helpful keen to learn from customers and generous and wanting customers to test out features.
An ideal tool for anyone with a reasonable knowledge of SEO looking for a scaled way to create content that will rank.
Byword.ai is a software company that claims to make it easy to create content, using AI, and publish it directly to websites, including WordPress websites.
I purchased Byword.ai to use with my Wordpress website.
This claimed automation is compelling, and is the reason I purchased the product.
Unfortunately, the product does not work as advertised in all cases.
Specifically, commonly used web hosting companies prevent Byword.ai from accessing the WordPress website. According to the vendor there is nothing that can be done to fix this.
Despite this, there is nothing on the website indicating that Byword.ai is incompatible with certain hosting companies.
I asked for a refund and Byword.ai ignored me. When I asked a second time, threatening to file a dispute, the owner refused and even encouraged me to dispute the charge. So, apparently the owner is an a$$hole.
He believes he is not liable because he has a free trial, and I should have discovered the defect during the free trial. However, I did not test the WordPress integration during the free trial. All I did was check to see that the content it generated was satisfactory.
I did not discover the defect until I had already paid.
The product is worthless to me but Byword.ai is keeping my money anyway.
