Never again.
The second and last time I will use this company. Advertise free delivery and then add on £50 at checkout. A quick call confirmed that they had started charging a flat fee a few weeks ago but had not updated the website yet. Not happy but went ahead with the purchase based on an okay first experience. Two days later (on the day I’m expecting a delivery) I have a voicemail left on my phone saying they’re very sorry but the timber is out of stock and they have no idea when they will get more. Another quick check up (this time on the website) and they are showing 70 plus in stock - I wanted 10. The only thing that went smoothly was my refund. I guess I should be thankful for small mercies but now the job won’t be done while on my Christmas break.

Great Service
Submitted one order on Friday evening and another on Saturday. Both were delivered on Tuesday, with an apology for them not arriving on Monday! Excellent service - and no delivery charge. The MDF was good quality, too. Highly recommended.
