Highly Unprofessional Employee Experience & Unresolved Final Settlement Issues

My experience with Digital ByteTech / ByteTech Consulting regarding employee dues and final settlement has unfortunately been very disappointing.

Despite repeated follow-ups, emails, and even a formal grievance/legal notice, the pending dues remained unresolved for a prolonged period without any clear timeline or transparent communication from management.

As professionals, clients and future employees should always ensure proper documentation, payment clarity, and professional communication standards before entering long-term engagements.

I genuinely hope the company improves its employee handling and settlement processes going forward.

Final Dues Unpaid After 40+ Days — Extremely Unprofessional Handling

I am sharing this review because my final dues have still not been cleared even after repeated follow-ups.

I resigned according to the company’s policies and expected my pending salary/clearance to be processed professionally. However, more than 40 days have passed and the amount remains unpaid.

I contacted the company multiple times through proper channels, but instead of receiving a clear answer or payment timeline, I was ignored. At this point, the lack of communication and accountability is deeply disappointing.

This situation has caused unnecessary financial stress, and I believe people should be aware of how employee payments and post-resignation matters are being handled.

I am keeping records of all communication and will be escalating the matter through the appropriate legal and employment channels if it remains unresolved.

Anyone considering working with this company should be cautious and make sure all payment terms, resignation terms, and clearance timelines are documented in writing.

Expected Resolution:
Immediate clearance of my pending dues and a formal written response from the company.
