I used to be a customer from By Sarah London for years. Until they stopped shipping to the EU. The only possibility for me now to order is from healf. Healf does not even carry their Hero Facial Oil and the shipping is over £20. Their customer service is not very helpful and comments regarding this on their Instagram are getting ignored. I loved their products but I am super disappointed that they just stopped caring for their European customers.
3 stars for their products as they are really good but other than that I will now look for other companies to get my skincare from.

The oils aren’t bad but customer service is poor. I’m always amazed when small companies try to save money and not put customers first. It’s a golden rule to success to put customers first and foremost. There are better oils out there with outstanding customer service with ease of refunds and transparency.

Nice face oil but I signed up for subscription and cannot cancel website showing no history of my orders have sent several emails explaining this but they just keep telling me to try again and check my email says on website May ca cel anytime

I started using the organic facial oil as it was called about 5 years ago when It was Ella mills (Deliciously Ella) recommended it, I have to say I cannot be without this product it leaves my skin feeling nourished, it bought my skin back to health when I used a sunscreen that have me an awful rash & burning sensation. It’s got a relevant name now Hero Oil as it’s definitely mine. I am also loving the new Tender Skin Balm I don’t have too much dryness I’m have combination skin but it does dry out after I wash it so this is perfect for me my skin feels calm after like it’s saying thank you. Also loving the eye cream it’s so cooling & gentle around my eyes, just pure & natural as is the whole range, I’ve had product that have burned & made my eyes really sore thus again is perfect I’ve developed quite a few reactions to products now I’m in perimenopause so I really do have to check ingredients first, I don’t have to worry when using these product they are 100% natural I love them. Thank you Sarah. Would love it if you bought a night cream to the range please 🙏
