Super fast delivery but one package…
Super fast delivery but one package went missing. Spoke to someone and within three days my package was replaced and delivered. No fuss, no wait until we check it, just sent out, great service and very helpful and pleasant girl in Belfast.
BTW, product also fabulous.
Would highly recommend this company.

Nice design but.....
The design of the bedding was lovely but it was a little thin for my liking. Having said that the price would be higher for better quality. At the discounted price it is not bad but the quality feel was not there.

Definitely worth a purchase
Arrived on time in good condition and just as described lovely fragrances I’ve had the diffuser’s candles and room sprays all equally lovely would recommend and buy again.

Disappointing quality
We bought 8 (expensive) Murmur towels because they felt very thick, soft and luxurious but was disappointed when, after 3-4 months a couple of them started to become unstitched on the seams, and they seem to suffer from 'pulls' much more than our other (M& S) towels. Wouldn't recommend them on our experience. Poorer quality than their price suggests.

It was easy to order online and delivery was very quick. Everything arrived safely and undamaged.

Bad. Be aware of the price of return shipping fee!!!
I ordered gloves and wanted to return it because it doesn't suit well.
Be careful, you'll have to pay the return 30 euros if you want that. This is not fair neither competitive. I will not order again! I am stolen. All the other brands offer the return.
