If you happen to be one of those customers that need to return your items , you will end up in a financial trap as this Malina company will be holding onto your moneys for forever!!!! HORRIBLE experience , no respect for customers’ time and money as you will end up chasing your own money that belong to you non stop with no result!!! Omg! I bought the Elna dress. Never have I ever shopped this brand but wanted a cute red Xmas dress for the upcoming holiday and it is PERFECT! I want another one!
I was warned about sizing issues so I used the fit tool to double check. I am usually a 38 and compared size measurements with a dress I bought recently from samsoe samsoe and the tool recommended a 40. I was sceptical but went for it and it got it right! Dress was perfect! I love it and can’t wait to buy another!
Oh and the quality was amazing! Wow! Very high end.
The ordered dress was of poor quality and running large. After returning the dress, there was no response from ByMalina whatsoever...only after contacting customer service (the dress had been delivered to them 2 weeks before), they informed me, that they couldn't accept the return. Apparently the dress had "a bad odor or was worn". I returned it UNWORN, UNWASHED, IN ORIGINAL PACKAGING.... only 2 days after i had received it. Unbelievable... hopefully PAYPAL will help to solve this...

Furthermore, the refund takes months, I am still waiting for over 1,000€ refund for a month now ... the company clearly just wants to keep the cash in for visibility if success in the books, never ordering from this store again. Return me back my money, unethical scam shop!

I ordered two dresses in July and returned both items at the beginning of August (the return was delivered to their warehouse on August 8th). Despite this, I only received my refund nearly two months later —and only after initiating a chargeback through my bank.
Waiting for a €400 refund for such a long time is unacceptable. This either points to very poor internal processes or to a questionable business practice that relies on customers forgetting to follow up on their refunds.

I ordered accidentally twice the same dress, which I communicated right after I had placed my order. So, there is one article I want to return of course. Since I was abroad and wrote this in multiple emails I would not be able to return the item in the allowed 2 weeks.
Unfortunately I cannot return my article on site anymore, and need a return label from them. I have now sent multiple reminders since 21/08 and still no answer. When I call by phone, I only get a Swedish reply which I do not understand and no one is answering your phone call, not even the flag store. Terrible customer service :-( for such a beautiful brand, what is going on PLEASE???

Cleaned prior to wearing and shoulder seam frayed so badly that it can’t be mended. What a waste of $400! Never even got to wear it.

Purchased a shirt and only after it was shipped was I notified that I would be responsible for an almost $300 fee for “importing” the shirt to the us. The shirt was $90. Then customer service said id be charged $40 return fee after I explained I was never notified that any fees after purchase would be taking place. Do not buy from here.

I bought a blouse which arrived so late that I did not needed anymore. I sent it back and they returned it with the comment it smelled after perfume, in the meanwhile I am receiving fees by klarna and they forwarded it to inkasso which now I need to pay 100EUR more for a blouse I don't need, doesn't fit, and no-one is taking responsibility. BYMALINA I am disappointed, this order should have been noted as a return so that the fees should have been stopped immediately, and I am disappointed that they don't want to help! WILL NEVER EVERY BUY AGAIN!
I bought a blouse online (€ 225) for a wedding. It was delivered folded on a small box. There were several deep wrinkels in the blouse. So bad that I couldn't wear it right away. The fabric was delicate (from China!?!) and I didn't dare iron the blouse. I ask Malina why they shipped the package so poor? They answered that one piece of clothing always was deliverd that way. And the deep wrinkels could be remedied by steaming in the shower, what I doubt because the blouse has been folded for longer than just during shipping. The steaming (twice) did nothing. Spent your money with a respected brand that provides good service!
I regret to share my disappointing experience with By Malina. Both the product quality and customer service have left me unsatisfied.
I purchased a 265 Euro skirt, only to find that it had a low product quality and an ill-fitting design. Consequently, I decided to return the item.
However, my frustration escalated when I discovered that I did not receive a full refund, with a deduction of 10 Euros for a missing button. It appears perplexing to justify a 10 Euro charge for a missing button on a product manufactured in China. Moreover, the recurring issues of buttons falling off after shipment or being inadequately sewn onto the skirt raise concerns about the brand's overall quality control process.
