packaging is cute and even came with snoep, i ordered 3 styles, glue and sealer, the application was easy. Although for me they only stayed for 4-6 days. Still better than 0 days. The styles are so hard to choose from as they are all amazing, tomorrow I will try another one. Great product and fast delivery.

Customer service can be improved
They didn’t update their website so it still said that there was a promo. I contacted them about why the promo wasn’t working. They were very mean and very aggressive with their answer. There was no compassion or understanding.

Not as good as said
The bond does not stick the lashes for 5 days. Maybe if you sleep and lie totally still they will, but I move a lot in my sleep and after 1 day half of the lashes fell off. Lashes are pretty and not hard to apply. Bond is very hard to get off the lashes properly .
